the owner of the factory e-24 sector,-1, d.s.i.i.d.c bawana industrial area is working at its premises from past 2 years without factory licence and Delhi pollution control certificate(DPCC)

And has been making polluted air, sound pollution without any license/permission form your office and in violation of the conditions of license.The factory is running with child labor working in it
