I AM victim of the fraud by Vatika Mindscapes. They sold me a unit on the pretex of rental income which never happened. they took my 40 lakhs of which nothing is being refunded, not given possession nor being rented out, so no income . they have rented their owned units but not ours. i am senior citizen and this was my only source of pension in old age. instead they are sending me maintenance bills without any one using it. this is not fair....

For the last two three month i have been noticing that i am getting cylinder booking message under my personal mobile number ([protected])which isn't registered to any of your agency as your consumer.
Messages as follows,
1.LPG बिल सं[protected], ₹.592.5 जारी, डी.ए.सी2045 प्राप्ति पर दें|
2. Your cyl is delivered with invoice no.[protected].Download eInvoice
3.Order for Cons No [protected] is registered with Ref No.[protected].Refill delivery ETA:0 days.
4.Your cyl is delivered with invoice no.[protected].

But no refunds are credited to any of my account.

Please do needful to rectify your fault, as well give your findings regarding the same.
What ever it may be please erase my no. From your records to ensure right of consumer.
