[Resolved] Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. — Sudden Disconnect of Domestic connection | |
Dear Sir, I am bonafide member of Indian Armed Forces (Navy) at the capacity of Store Petty Officer presently serving at Naval Coast Battery, Visakhapatnam and resident of VPO - Santo, Tehsil - Behror, Dist. - Alwar, Rajasthan. The domestic Electric connection was applied by my father Sri Ramanand Yadav S/o Chhitar Singh in Jan 08 from Jaipur Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. I have paid all the charge to JVVNL but they had not given connection to my home. Finally I sent many latter to District Collector -Alwar, Executive Engineer Behror from my unit vide this unit letter no 103/NCB dated 25 Mar, 06 May and 31Jul 09. The JVVNL staff had connected my connection on 25 Jun 09. But suddenly on 23 Jul 09 at 1230 hrs JVVNL staff i.e JEN Mandhan and his staff disconnect my connection again. They have cut cable and electric reading meter and all accessories. while they were removing the items they did given any justification to my family members by telling that they were doing their duties. As soon they cut my connection again I have given complain to Executive Engineer Behror, AEN Neemrana and JEN Mandhan vide this unit letter 103/NCB dated 31 Jul 09. I have given my hand written complain to all as mentioned above vide letter RN/01 dated 31 Jul 09 since I was on short leave w.e.f 20 Jun 09 to 18 Aug 09.I have passed my leave running behind the JVVNL staff but I could not get any positive response. I have already approached to all concern authorities but no action has been taken in this regard till date. In view of the above it is requested that the necessary action please be taken against the JVVNL and my connection be re-connected at the earliest. Your co-operation will be highly appreciated. Meter replesh
Dear sir
Last day i have received my bill, In this bill my present reading is 1747 as on 30/04/2012, same I have check with my meter there is only 1727 as on 13/06/2012. How it is possible. Even my customer account no also change without any information my old account no is -2318/18050630 & new is 2318/17430097.
Secondly my bill reading is never going more than 282, how i pay 3545 bill amount with in 5 day.
Sir please advise for this

Kindly do need full action as soon as possible

My house no2552 in A/C of veena Tiwari w/o Maneesh kumar tiwari at sachivalya nagar, shikhapura .No body residence there and always RSEB bill 166=00 fix after fixing of the meter /connection. no work and no residece ( Vacant the house ) without use of electricity my bill is so excess .please see this matter on top provity and correct .by defalt the bill is very high.and use of house only for domestic use .please see this matter urgently .so i deposit the bill without date fail.

Sir, I submited the all required documents for new connection at kalwar electric office (jaipur) on 18/10/2012 book no 55337. Receipt no 5.after submitting, officer replied that you will be informed by letter sent at your residence to submit the demand draft amount.but i have not received any letter for the same & when I visited the kalwar electric office the officer replied that your date for demand draft is gone and now you have to pay the amount of 200 Rs for reopening the file alongwith application.when I asked the officer that i have not received any intimation about paying the demand draft amount, he repiled that we have sent it by normal post you might have received late.I have not received any intimation letter from kalwar electric board.when i asked the officer about the POD of the same he replied that the concern person is not available you visit tommorow.
request you to look into the matter & Resolve ASAP.

महोदय प्रार्थी के पिता के नाम के कनेक्शन को बिल जमा नही होने पर जब 16 मार्च मे आपके कर्मचारी काटने गये तो ताऊ के लड़के नत्थू सिंह जाटव ने उनसे विरोध भी किया था
महोदय प्रार्थी के पिता का स्वर्गवास हो गया है प्रार्थी पर अपनी विधवा माँ और 5 छोट -छोटे बच्चे भाई बहनों की परवरिश का दायित्व है कोई रोजगार भी नही है और ताऊ द्वारा उपभोग विद्धुत खर्चा भी जमा नही कराया जा रहा है इस कारन प्रार्थी अपनी कृषि भूमि पर कनेक्शन को चालू नही करवा रहा है
अतः उक्त कनेक्शन कोनियत रूप से विच्छेद कर बकाया राशि को ताऊ गिर्राज जाटव से बसूलने की कृपा करे

my tenant gopal singh & his sons miss use eletricity through puting jummpher in L.T. line of naruka colony, mahwa, dausa, raj. & illegaly use in their flourmill as comerceialy.I have complaint to Aen. mahwa but no one action couldbe taken against them by your department.
so i decide to file suit against them & your department in the civil court.but before it i must inform you about all it.
please take strict action against theaft in your electricity against accused gopal singh & his sons R/O naruka colony, mahwa, tehsil-mahwa, dist-dausa, raj.
