    My customer id is[protected] I have given a written application to AEN on 06/05/2024 and received a slip from Jodhpur Vidyut vitran Nigam limited regarding changing my electric metre number 10845966 displays not working and giving extra units bill is coming access but after giving the application 7 month passed but there is no response from them they are not hearing anything and not changing my metre please help me I am in a financial crisis due to this problem all the they are charging access bill sometimes 13000 sometimes 8000

          Electricity is being stolen in our area and our electricity is failing again and again.Many people are stealing electricity here due to which your meter consumers are facing problems.Every day in our area, during electricity theft at night, our electricity is switched off, as if we face a lot of problems, no one listens to us and me, every day our electricity is switched off, while stealing electricity, if we say anything to them, then they fight. let's close the car

              Several time i have made complaint to this agency but no action

              I have observed that the pol cable is dangerously close to my terrace, and its current placement raises several safety issues. i am particularly concerned about the following:
              The proximity of the pol cable to my property poses a physical hazard. In the event of adverse weather conditions such as storms pr strong winds, there is risk of the cable coming into contact with my house, leading to potential damage or, worse, a safety hazard.
              Given the nature of pol cables, any malfunction or damage to the cable could result in electrical hazards. This poses a significant risk to the safety of my family, especially considering the high voltage associated with power lines
              The current placement of the cable also raises concerns about the reliability of our power supply, any damage to the cable could lead to power outages in our area, affecting not only my household but also the surrounding community.
              I kindly request your immediate attention to the matter and a prompt resolution to ensure the safety of the residents in my neighborhood. I suggest conducting a through assessment of the cable's placement and taking appropriate measures to mitigate the risks identified.
              I am open to discussing this matter further and providing any additional information or access to my property that may be required for assessment and resolution. Your cooperation in addressing this issue promptly cruical to ensuring the safety and well being of the community.
              I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

                Suddenly the bill for September 2023bhas come rs 11918, the house is mostly closed and it belongs to me a senior citizen age 83 who lives elsewhere mostly. and the house is closed and sometimes used. Even when I lived there with 2 fans the bill will be minimal not 11710. Request you to kindly appoint a senior inspector to check the metre fault or some theft that could have happened for sure.

                  Severe fluctuation problems because of which our fans and lights have got fused
                  The problem has been going on since a week now which is too much . The authorities are not taking action and are neither checking the transformer.
                  We have to bear losses because of the fluctuations we had to change our new fans and lights again.
                  Please resolve our problem soon, even our neighbour is also having the same issue .
                  If action is not taken in a day or two by the authorities within this time we have to take some legal action.

                      We have submitted a complain at discom office rajgarh churu pin 331023 our meter not working so there is no electricity in my house for more than 24 hours. But no one bother about it.
                      And i enquired discom employees but their behaviour is very rude & not giving reply properly how much time it will take to restore the supply.

                        This is for bring to your kind notice that we have deposited the money Rs.2500/- on 27/5/22 vide 1512/0044, MLO 3075/87 for replacement of Meter but still it is not replaced. Please note that your meter was burn out in April 2022 and we have deposited the money on 27.5.2022 for K No.[protected] as mentioned above..

                        We have contacted many times to your local authorities at Sojat City and also lodged the complaint to your what sup as well as IVRS but nothing has happened regarding the disposable of the case.

                        The bill was raised on AVERAGE basis and it is always very very high compared to actual consumption. Please also note that we have lost more than 1.5 lakhs of money for depositing the bill since every month bill is raised between 20, 000/- to 30, 000/- without looking about the actual consumption. Plz also that in raining season there is no need of pump water for farming but bill is raised for same amount even ZERO unit consumption. it is a huge loss of money for us.

                        It is requested to look into the case and help for replacement of the meter otherwise we have to move to the consumer court for recovery of this loss.

                        Looking forward for favorable decision for disposable of case.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is with reference to K .[protected] for electricity meter replacement . Please note that Our electricity meter was burn out in May 2022 and We have deposited the money Rs.2500.00 for new meter replacement charges on 27.5.2022 vide reference MLO 3075/87 dated 27.5.2022 but still the new meter has not been installed. we have many times gone to the local authorities but always they are saying the new meter is not available.
                            I have also complaint to JVVNL jodhpur complain system but nothing was happened.

                            Very month he have to pay Rs. 20, 000/- to 30, 000/- for average consumption charges which is not consumed at all. For this July month bill for Rs. 30, 081.00 was raised for the consumption. As you know raining season the water it is not required for farming but bill is always generated the same amount.

                            We have tried our best to solve but nobody was ready to help us and rectify the problem.

                            Please help in this regards since we have lost lakhs of money in last 15 months without consumption of electricity.

                                I have paid the electricity bill of rupees 3580/- on June 30th by mistake which was due in May and was already paid online in May itself.

                                I would like to either get a refund for that amount in my bank account or get the same amount adjusted in the next billing cycle.
