Jaipuria is a fraud. In the last 2 weeks, lifts were not operating. For many of the blocks, they have only one lift. In our case, both D & E block life went down for more than 2 days. Everyone in those blocks has to climb up & down in the stairs which is not clean and not safety. Dont go for Jaipuria builders.

Jaipuria Builder should be barred. These are really very cheap people. Who has only one aim money at any cost even they can sell themselves for money...
I totally agree to the above mentioned comments by the fellow members. Even after almost one year of the possession even we are facing the same issues regarding the quality of construction, maintenance, security lapses. The P block where we have the flat is still in the pathetic condition, i wonder howcome the completion certificate has been given.
Numbers of complaints have been raised but the authorities are not paying any attention.

Jaipuria condition is really very bad.. Lots of cockroaches are there and dirtyness.. In addition to this leakage, bad fragrance, poor facilities and management. Such builders should be prisoned

- Most of the time lifts are not working... you must be ready to climb up to 17th floor
- Lifts are soooo dirty, you will be scared to touch any side of the lift
- Looks like there are more stray dogs then residence...
- Garbage collection :), you can find it in some corners in society, sometime you find that stray dogs are playing on your floor with garbage
- Power backup, by luck...
- No battery backup for lifts... I found people struck in lifts many time
- You will never get your regular post bcoz there is no personal letter box. Its already few months i didn't get my any magazines yet
- Their senior pretend that there is no such issue, all is normal... Everyone know if Ghaziabad except them about Japuria sociaty...
- One day while complaing i asked their senior to come and live in sociaty for a week... he gone crazzy and start shouting said "why should i come and live there..." :), ohhh he knows why he should not live there.

I have purchased a flat in Jaipuria Green Indirapuram, F-block. Till date even after getting registered with Ghaziabad Registrar office as advice by Jaipuria’s, I'm yet to receive the key of the flat.
I believe that Jaipuria Group is exclusive bottler of Pepsi products in India. If the attitude that Jaipuria Group has shown as builder is same as the bottler of Pepsi, in this case I can only pray for the Pepsi Co. in India. And the same can speak of the quality Pepsi we are getting in India

I registered my flat in May 2009 and was promised possession by June 30th. It is coming to Dec 31 but no sign of any work being done in my flat. They make false promises. The builder is not able to keep up his word. The credibility of the builder is at stake if such attitude continues.

Don't do this mistake... ask some residents before you decide to buy flats in Jaipuria... Make note of the following:
- Security
- Seepage in bathrooms
- Lift conditions (Only one is installed, often breakdown and extremely dirty)
- Check the basement parking... water leakage everywhere and its as good as pool in basement
- Maintenance staff is dumb and dealing to them is really pain of life
- Checking building from outside and inside (its look like slum)
