[Resolved]  Jaipuria Sunrise Greens, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad — Quality of construction, safety and hygiene issues

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I took posession of my house N-104, Jaipuria Sunrise Greens on April 8th 2008( promised possesion date was December 2006). Since then I have time and again complained to the builder personally & through RWA(registered)on the following:-
1. Poor Quality of construction
a. Complained since April 2008
i. Seepage in service balcony on both walls
ii. Seepage in guest bathroom
iii. Seepage in guest bedroom
iv. Seepage in dining room
v. Seepage in kitchen
vi. Seepage in bathroom attached to third bedroom
vii. Broken Drawing Dining tiles never replaced, not compensated
viii. Double bowl sink not provided as per agreement
ix. Most taps and flush instruments defective
x. Dirty and clogged drains
xi. Parking not allotted yet
xii. Construction work still not completed
xiii. Leaking/ broken sewerage and water pipes
xiv. Staircase frames already giving way
b. Complained since July 2008
i. Seepage in master bedroom
ii. Seepage in bathroom attached to Master bedroom
iii. Seepage in third bedroom
iv. Water leaking thru tiles in guest bedroom
v. Water flowing from tap panel in bathroom (master bedroom)
vi. No plaster on walls outside bathrooms
vii. Third bedroom wooden flooring not repaired
viii. Absence of 24 hour back up
Due to all of these issues I have incurred a loss of around Rs 1, 60, 000 as my newly done woodwork in the kitchen & bedrooms have got damaged & Paintwork done from Asian Paints has got spoilt
2) Serious Security Lapses
1. No security inspite of 3 tier security
2. Basement parking outlets in park area not secured
3. Common lighting or inside road and park not operational
4. Holes in wall in all blocks allowing un-monitored entry,
5. No intercom facility

3) Serious Health hazards
1. Water collection are there in many places in the society due to which we have had more than one reported case of Dengue & Typhoid
2. Sewerage from two blocks are flooding the basement parking
