Hi Guys,
I have purchased a flat in Janapriya Nilevalley Block no 1 1210 Flat. We bought it in the year 2010 and was told that the possession would be given in a year however it is not delivered still. As per the sale deed, the builder will give the interest amount to the customers on the left out work. I payed all the installments to them and the only one left is the Final one which would be given during the occupation. I still see that it would take another year for them to complete our block. Is there anyway we can get back our full money what we payed. I am vexed now and i feel like i should just take the money back and take another one. Thats the entire money that i got.
Please help me in this regard.

They have committed 18 Month for possession, today 3 years completed . In the current speed it seems it is never ending process .
How can a common man bear Full EMI as well Home Rent .
Can All we join and escalate this to builder and ask for full compensation ( the current Rent ) ?
