Hi Guys,

I have purchased a flat in Janapriya Nilevalley Block no 1 1210 Flat. We bought it in the year 2010 and was told that the possession would be given in a year however it is not delivered still. As per the sale deed, the builder will give the interest amount to the customers on the left out work. I payed all the installments to them and the only one left is the Final one which would be given during the occupation. I...

1. There is no bore well water available in the whole region; Janapriya and other developers (including Aparna) in the region had tried drilling multiple times with no success

2. The government supply connection is not there, the connection needs to be brought from a far away distance and the closer one coming from the backside of Nile Valley doesn't have the thickness to provide the connection to a complex of this size....
