Jawed Habib Total Hair Therapy — not received the promised supply of shampoo & conditioner for a year despite registration

i purchased jawed habib total hair therapy by calling HSD within the time advertisement was running on tv which promised quarterly supply of free shampoo & conditioner for one year. i got registered for free supply immediately after receiving the pack but even after >4 months of subscription have not received any supply.

All the mentioned above has never happened in ma case...i always do receive ma free supply at a proper time on ma doorstep also as mentioned in the add i got conditioner bottle along with the shampoo bottle...now it s easy for me to maintain the good condition of ma hair throughout the day...at-least now am not using all the chemical shampoos now which have a disastrous effect on ma hairs
I JUST REALLY LOVE THIS KIT.
