Sir, I have done may hair color as burgundy.It was good initially but after 1 month color has gone and now it looks like my natural hair colour.The person who did color was Ankush (Ph.[protected] Yavatmal city) told it is like this only and burgandy color always fade. If colour has to fade this much why Rs 3000/- was charges from me in name of permanent hair colour. I want my amount back....

I went for a haircut in jawed habib's city centre on october. there was a rush and hustle all over the salon for it was crowded. Anyway, it is their responsibility to provide good service to customers. the lady attendant named GOPA who served me, asked me what would i like. i clearly told her, i want LONG LAYERS and the length should NOT be shortened. I visited Jawed Habib saloon in March 2010, and got my hair straightened permanently. I was told by the owner of the saloon,MR RAVI, that this would last for 1 year, and I abdied by all the costly products that he suggested me for post straightening hair care.. TO my PANIC, my hair got to its normal curls on the next very day. I reached out to Habib once again, and he did the straightening again, but with the same results....

I was offered a different price for nanoplastia than a different customer who opted for the same service. They it would cost me 10k and lowered the price by 7.5k. the other customer who has more length and hair volume was offered 8k initially and lowered it down to 7k. When I question the same. They manager made it very awkward by make me go to counter in the middle of the treatment to call the other customer to find out what she had told me about the deal. They made entire session very awkward for me. For me it's not about the price but of the unprofessional environment they created.

I got a face wax yesterday and the staff told me to take a facial and tan pack because your skin is very tanned... I asked her if it's okay to do it after face wax 500/-...and she told yes . She continued with the tab pack ...I complaint of a burning sensation so she told ya how much tan 1000/- is there it will burn that much...she continued with the skin polishing 4500/- and when all done ...no extra results were seen on the face after and hour There was a visible discolored skin patch near my chin where I was feeling burning sensation. And it is such a big scar on my face ...which everyone is noticing and asking me what happened...it is like a trauma for me.

I went for a hair cut on 8th of october in Jawed Habib, 7th cross road, thubarahalli, Marathalli, Karnataka, 560066 and this is what happened-

"I went for a haircut and the guy suggested that I have a hair spa. Eventually he started giving me massages, which was a bit uncomfortable for me in the starting but after a while I asked him multiple times to not do it, still he kept on doing the same thing, saying that this is how it's supposed to be done, you'll love it once done. He asked me to move to a different chair for the spa, which was actually a corner chair, initially, I thought he might need this chair for the spa, but then I saw he didn't need it for the spa, he did it so that the receptionist couldn't see us. After everything got over, he asked me to take a picture, I said he can take it from the back, to which he said, he'll not post on Instagram, he'll keep it on his phone, still he kept on insisting. The only thing that stopped me from raising my voice there was because I was the only customer at that time and it was raining heavily outside on 8th of October in Bangalore, and there were no other staff in the salon. I am still terrified by that incident and will never go back to any salon alone, Thanks to the wonderful experience by a "brand"."

Our sister has inquered abut makeup salon, acadmy, on google she got reference of this poor company, she gone there and there Counsler has make many more fake commitement and admit her and took the money also, when she back to home and do the research's on internet, there has many bad reviews got on internets, she decide i don't consider the academy this Jawed Habib, and asked about refund for money deposited already at the time admission, that not refundable, and many more sad also Gawar ho, Unprofessional ho, tum logon ka bharosa nahi hai etc.,

I had gone to Jawed Habib hair studio in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. I had asked for a layered haircut, and they gave me a step cut. Furthermore, the hair have also not been cut in proper shape. The lengths are uneven, and the overall haircut looks very bad. I have paid ₹700 for this haircut. Now I can't even get my hair back, will just have to wait till it grows back. ₹700 seems too much for a haircut that I can't even wear in public. I want a partial or full refund for my haircut.

Javed Habib Salon at Yari Road has incompetent staff. Head Stylist Sachin is rude, arrogant and lacks the competency to cut Curly/ Frizzy Hair - however he cheats people into walking in and do the billing!!! Keratin treatment did not have the required effect, not sure if the right products were used!

I would like to bring to your notice that staff of Jawed Habib - Lakhani Empire Thane is not that good and customer friendly. Charging 300₹ for a haircut and proving bad service is not acceptable. AC cooling was not proper, Staff was not answering properly. I want refund for the amount 300₹ paid for haircut.

Actually I went your saloon on 15 April, to straighten up my hair, make it healthy and soft.I was suggested nanoplastia by your technician as it would straighten and soften my hair .I was taking Kera smoothing from last three years.I was promised my would get healthier and wouldn't break and won't have to look after it much.Also I could wash it another day by myself but when after washing my hair another day my hair has curls and were frizzy.When I complaint about this to the technician he told me Nanoplastia doesn't straighten your hair it just nourishes it.Then he told me that your blow dry it and put some clip, I really felt so bad after this almost scammed feeling

I have been Javed Habib customer since past 7 years. I have been taking service at barrackpore branch. But this time on my last visit on Sunday 16th April I had very worst experience. The service provided was worst and the person who gave me service behaved very rudely and roughly with me. I was treated very poorly compared to other customers taking service beside my chair.

I went for hair spa. Firstly they didn't gave me the black apron/gown before applying hair mask due to which my entire cloth got wet But the customer next to me was wearing the black apron. After this they applied very minimal quantity of products. He make total 5 section of my entire hair and applied the cream. When I asked this is not the way. Make small section and apply cream on it, he argued with me.

After all this he gave me the used hair cap .
I took 1399 hair spa and this is the worst worst service I had ever taken from Habib. Very disappointed and can buit trust to revisit again. The quality of service have
