Finally after 6 months of wait i have received the alltoment letter from Jaypee. I booked the 2bkh flat for Kosmos. Have to make my first payment before 23rd Nov.

Booked a flat in JP Kosmos 3 months back still waiting for allotment letter
Thanks a lot budies, i was very excited about this project of jaypee and ready to book a flat, but when i saw these absurd things, i am awake now...thank you so much for working out so hard to write these comments.
To get this noticed by the govt or media, you all should file a pettiion in HC or SC, this is the only solution. Dont Think that UP Govt will do something in this. Dont forget that no one can play such a big game without the involvment of government...thats true and the truth is bitter

I have not recieved allotment letter from Jaypee kosmoss till date.
has anybody recieved it.

Hi All,
I booked Jaypee flat in start of September but no allotment has been made so far. I have a slip from Jaypee that was handed over to me when my check for booking amount was realized.
I recently called Jaypee official and got a reply that inventory for ground/first floor is not released. Reply was over phone . They are knowingly avoiding email replies.
I believe its most pathetic builder among operating in Delhi region.
I am 80% sure they will one day come up with some stupid lucky draw and will say tata/bye bye to all those whom they gave some initial 5% 10% concessions.
I believe, they kept reducing the this rebett and over booked same set of flats and now they will make allotment to one who paid highest.
Its all saga samosa desi game in lawless territory called India nut

My apologies for posting such professional comments on the website which may even amount to advertisement but I have dealt with Omaxe, M2K, Unitech and TDI builders on behalf of my clients and got them relief. The owner of website may remove the comment if they may find it to be offending but I am posting this advertisement with honest and sincere intentions to help people. I am a lawyer and on the basis of my past experience, I can get relief to all such people from Consumer court collectively though approaching the proper forum and the appropriate authorities. The relief can also include complaint to economic offences wing and getting an unfair trade practice inquiry initiated against these Companies if all the consumers collectively make complaint to the authorities. i am getting jaypee aman flat in resale. should i go for it or not. suggest
I called Jaypee few times with different persons answering. Recently they mentioned that issue of allotment letters has started and that mine shall come by end of Jan (earlier version was mid Jan). I have still not received any. Buniyad properties who managed Aman sale when contacted mentioned that issue of letters has not started! Only Japee group should clearly state the facts and help the people who have put their money and hopes with their project. CAn anybody inform me their contact no. since I have lost it.

I spoke to State Bank of India & PNB as well post my discussions with Jaypee personnel. I understand from them that the PRoject is not approved for Financing as this is not an Approved Project. The Licence Or the MAPS are yet to be approved. Jaypee staff told me that the MAP's hv been deposited for seeking approvals & that will take Three months to get them cleared.
I fail to understand how Jaypee is seeking more payment at this stage while they do not hv required permissions to construct.

Only IDBI is processing at their own risk.

I was also wanting to book a flat in Jaypee Kingston on the Noida Expressway, Would you pls suggest me shoud I go for it? Or what do you think of PARAS TIEREA at Noida Sec 137 Expressway? Should I go and book a flat there? Will it be a right decision?

Me too booked a flat in Jaypee Aman on 19-March, But still waiting for allotment/response from Jaypee.
Jaypee is the worst company for investment. I booked 2 flats in Jaypee Aman through their dealer MT Reality. At the time of booking they offered me the per sq. ft. Rate -2590/- and also committed that with allotment letter u will get the Rs. 39000/- free voucher of Tanishq. But when i received their Allotment letter they charged Rs. 2990/- per sq. ft. and no coupan received for Rs. 39000/- of Tanishq.
I wonder the management of these fraud people they have crossed all limit of fraud and cheated us i urge consumer forum to take action against this fraud company.
