I WILL URGE ALL GOVERNMENT AND LAW BODIES TO ACT AGAINST JAYPEE IMMEDIATELY. AUTHORITIES MUST STOP JAYPEE'S ALL UNAUTHORIZED PROJECTS. HOW COME JAYPEE IS SELLING PROJECTS AT PRE-LAUNCH STAGE?? JAYPEE AND ITS DEALER NETWORK HAS ENJOYED PUBLIC MONEY WORTH SERVERAL HUNDREDS CRORES COLLECTED FROM JAYPEE AMAN BOOKINGS, THEN THEY CONDUCTED DRAW OF LOTS (COMPLETELY ILLEGAL PROCESS). THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ALLOTMENTS BASED ON FIRST CUM FIRST SERVE BASIS BUT TWO MONTHS LATER, THEY HAVE DONE DRAW OF LOTS ON 21ST JULY AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT PUBLISHED THE LIST OF SUCCESFUL APPLICANTS, OUTCOME OF THEIR ILLEGAL DRAW OF LOTS PROCESS. i have booked one flat with jaypee group in Aman but the day i have received allotment letter.. i had submitted my cancellation request and they confirmed me that money will be refunded within 90 days but its more than 5 months and nobody is replying from Jaypee group... there must be a grievance cell against these fraud builders...

I HAVE ALSO PURCHASED FLAT IN JAYPEE AMAN IN 2009 AND THEY HAVE COMMITED TO DELIVER THE FLAT BY AUG 2012 (30 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF AGREEMENT) TILL NOW THERE IS NO CLUE .
AND THEY HAVE RAISED A DEMAND OF RS 200000/- I ASKED THEM TO ADJUST THAT AMOUNT FROM MY PENALTY CLAUSE OF RS 5/PER SQ FT PER MONTH THEY HAVE NOT EVAN REPLIED TO ME
ANYONE PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT ACTION SHOULD I TAKE AGAINST THIS..

Jaypee is not returning money to customers without court orders. Like other cheated customers of Jaypee in other projects, you should collectively take action against the builder before Court. We have already lodged collective action against Jaypee for other projects including kassia. Join in large numbers for speedy and effective results against builder. Pls contact for further details. no updates as of now about the exact possession date, delay, delay and only delay .
a big builder with such delay is something which i cant understand, also on daily basis i get to see such messages about JAYPEE that " they are fraud and bla bla " - would like to know when exacty this problem will be resolved and would appreciate if there can be a group of some people which can be approached to get the exact status information.
i went there at site many a times - i see guards and labour but cant see any progress as such, its been in same condition from years now.
it should be properly investigated and taken proper action in favour of all the customers who have invested their hard earned money .

Jay pee is a big fraud. Even after paying more than 95 % payment as back as 2013, there is no commitment when the flat shall be delivered. Recent list of Aman published by Noida Authority for handover conspicuously missing several towers yet no one is concerned
