I have faced exactly the same problem with JBG. They cheat their passengers by selling Volvo tickets and pushing them onto regular cheap buses at last moment. The complaint about bus being late is true as well.

There was a delay of over 3 hours
The Pick up point got changed
They charged for a volvo, and provided a rickety AC bus, which for sure was from some other operator
Dinner after 2:00 am (also delayed by over 3 hours)
Surely not letting any of my friends/family book their travel through them ever!
