I had booked an online return ticket with JBG from Nainital to Delhi.I was travelling with my mother and brother.On the day of the journey ie, 26 march 2016 at 1:20pm, I received an sms that the bus is cancelled. On calling them they talked very rudely and didn't arrange any alternative.
Thankfully I was able to arrange an another bus but at a very high rate as it was booked last moment.

Collected the amount for providing the VOLVO bus A/c . However while start of journey a non volvo bus has been provided and the amount has not refunded.
