[Resolved]  JBM — Speed Post not getting delivered

Speed Post thru Indian Postal Service was booked on 13th March but till today it is not delivered in Gurgaon. My Docket no is EU[protected]IL and article no 4514 booked from Gorakhpur to Gurgaon.
I have spoken on Toll free helpline thay told that the packet is opened on 16th March but then it is sent to South City -Gurgaon. Taken the pelephone nos (at leat 12 nos ) but none of the no's are correct or working.
It contain very important medical documents and it's very urgent.
I just pity for myself that why we thought Govt services are safest, , , ,
Don't know how to make approach to right place, , no contact details aval.
