I also agree with sha484, The Jeetle should disply the phone numbers of the winners. All they display is just Mr. XYZ from Mumbai. How on earth one can find Mr. XYZ (not even full name) to verify that he/ she is really a winner.

I have been closely monitoring their Bids (reverse auction) for past few days. Needless to say wasted a few thousand bucks. Whenever you bid it will say either "not unique" or "unique but not least". I have observed the following product:

Until the finish of the time the lowest bidder name is "Divya24". The next day when they announced the winner, it is new name "rajadurai1978".

Also if you see the winners list only a few will be getting the prizes repeatedly.

This is a clear indication of some kind of fraud.

I seek explanation for this.

Peoples...here i want to show you some proof that how Jeetle.in Making Frauds to other peoples Sweeping their money.
My Story..
i am a victim of that site...Losing Money
i have won the auctions on that site (5th July), Samsung Duos chat mobile and Sony Camera.

After winning the auction they asked me to provide the courier charge Which I have provided.
Then In verification process they asked me to provide the PAN id and Address proof which i have also provided... I know their intentions that not to Given out the products and asked for that documents which he doesn't have. Later..they Ask me for student id card.. as i have lost my Graduation ID card i am unable to provide that Document that time. After 15-20 Days i am able to provide that IC card..After taking all my documents finally they Said that Your I Card is Fake. I said them to Call the Institution from where i have taken my admission n from where i have provided that ID card thats a good way to Proof my Geniunty to Call upon that Institution.
Its All about Making FOOL to Innocent peoples n taking their money.
i) Why they not asked to provide the Documents at the time of Registration
ii) After Taking All the money they asked to Provide that Documents Like PAN which i think most of the people cant able to provide.

So PEOPLES plzzz Dont even bid a Penny of money on that Site.
Its not Jeetles fault its my fault that i m not able to understand that how much Fraud the website is.
And wasting my money on that.

I am not a user/player of Jeetle.in . I bought a RAILWAY ticket using irctc service and got a message with advertisement of a guy winning a rs 18k valued mobile phone for just some ridiculous amount( it was around 2.XX, dpn't remember the exact money).

i read instructions about how to play, what are benefits etc etc ...and "FULLY" understood how to play it and whats the concept of it...yes, you guys heard me RIGHT..i said "FULLY"...

i checked around about the site, i saw a lot of complaints and dropped the idea of registration. i'll like to give the reasons :

1. many people wrote that its a scam/fraud

==>( it might be true or false...can't say...because if the mangament is transparent, i think there is nothing wrong with the company and there is an explanation why most people didn't win the bid.
i mean, afterall, jeetle is like a "gamble" and what i understood about the game and its winning probability, the winning chance is very very very very very low. )

2. same people's photo in winner's list again and again

==>( this undoubtly supports the fact that the company might be a fraud company . these days a lot of companies are there on internet fooling around. recently it was speakasia or something like that...)

3. poor customercare service

==>( after seeing all those above complaints, i think customercare and management of this company are either not interested in listening to customers or they are avoiding it..whatever may be the reasons, there are very less responses on behalf of company personals . )

lastly, i would like to say that even if it were a transparent company ( undecided yet ), i ain't be wasting money on it because of its ridiculously low chance of winning. GAMBLING is always RISKY. if you're afraid of losing it, don't play it . people always get attracted to that kind of sites and games.

yes, I too agree that jettle is the biggest cheating, and I have deposited amount with site and participated in the auctions but whether it is lowest or highest, no use, and other people are used to win, and I have verified the list of winners and they names are repeated number of times so that it was crystal clear that they are the persons from jeetle thereffore they are winning the prizes. I want to pose one question, how a person involving in the bids expect the bid amounts are which are lower and unique. An item which costs thousands is going for one rupee and odd and how these people are bidding for the lowest bid, repeatedly, and when we cannot, in all bids conducted by jeetely, and do hope that there was a big conspiracy in getting the members are joined and looting their amounts It is perhaps advisable to go for the details about the auctions by way of information act, and I have decided to do the same in the near future.

Its Right, It is no. one fraud company. Because I started to bid from 0.01 to 2.56 without gap, it was showing as Lowest but not unique for 2.56, Once after I tried all the possible comibinations of bids before 2.56, Still it is showing as Lowest but not unique, Current Lowest Unique bidder: "vklahori" instead of my name. Except for 1.00 2.00 I not bidded where it is not possible to these to bid values. Then How come vklahori will exist in between. It is never possible they would have not cheated.

You really want to eff these scamsters, just tell your friends on FB that they should just click on the ads of Jeetle on various Google ads, just click on the ads but do not become members, they will need to pay to google per click and end up being in loss. Just click the ads to open the Jeetle website, but do not join. The math works out like this, if 1000 people click on the ads per day, the website pays almost $100 to $250 for those ads. If this continues for over a month, see the result yourself. Their ads will disappear and people will not be fooled.

Do any of you GENIUSES even KNOW what a reverse auction is? Anyone bother looking it up before throwing your money away? No, right? Wow, it's not like you were already connected to the INTERNET and could've just looked it up on google or wiki or anything...

A "reverse auction" refers to an auction conducted BY THE BUYER, and NOT the seller. The sellers compete to provide the buyer's desired service/goods for the lowest possible price. To elaborate with example - in a NORMAL auction, someone who is interested in SELLING a PC puts it up for sale, and interested buyers place "bids", i.e, the HIGHEST amount which they are willing to pay for it. The seller will obviously select the highest bid, which gives him the best profit, and sell the PC to that bidder. In a REVERSE auction, someone who is interested in BUYING a PC puts up an auction declaring so, and anyone who has a PC and are interested to SELL it, place the LOWEST amount that they EXPECT for their goods. The buyer obviously chooses the seller who's willing to give the lowest price and buys from him. This is what a reverse auction is.

Such a thing as an auction where the SELLER sells to the lowest bidder DOES NOT EXIST! It is impossible to sustain a business model in this manner! Think about it for a second! How F#$%ING stupid are you people? Any that rush in and spend money on this site without so much as looking up the phrase "reverse auction" DESERVE to get their money stolen.

Oh, also, if you've been ripped off, maybe, you should, um, I don't know, REPORT IT TO THE CYBER CRIMES DIVISION? The technical term for the scam you've been through is called "Denial Of Service" - Only an actual victim can register a complaint like this, but it sounds like many of you are exactly that, so go ahead and report these . You can even call the CBI Cyber Crime Cell in Delhi (the number's on the page above, scroll down and you'll find it under the "DELHI" column). If they receive enough complaints this turns into Central-led investigation, which means a little more time inside for the perps.

Just remember if you give these guys a pass thinking you don't want to go to the trouble, they'll be living fat on the money they stole from you - and continue doing it to others.

I agree i to have suffered the same everytime i about to win something big like the casio watch or nokia 700 phone in the last 15 minutes of the bid someone comes up with bidding amount lower and unique then me by bidding till the maximum limit i have bidded. and i loose this happens quite frequently. Yes the do let you win things like american tourister bag etc that too at a price of approximately 200-300 bids

JEETLE is a 100% FRAUD site. They Manipulates the result at the Last peak

moment when The Auction comes closer to an End. I have Experienced

several times and i had stopped bidding on Jeetle. Guys I suggest you all

to DONT WASTE your MONEY and TIME on Jeetle. Its a Fraud site. They had

their own members who are playing and manipulating the results.
How someone lose Whose name is their as Lowest Unique Bidder since the

last 2 minutes and most important Who saved their auction by bidding 1000

bids up to it i mean over "lowest unique bid "...most of them are "Unique

but not Lowest", and the Auction just before couples of min minutes All

the Bid Becomes " Not unique".
Jeetle members have full information about the bidder in their system.

They are watching the auction and finally at the end they manipulates the

result ESPECIALLY ON THE PRODUCTS OF HIGHER VALUE.
