[Resolved] Jeevan Surabhi Of LIC of India — Refund of excess paid premium

With reference to policy No. S[protected]. The last premium was due for payment was on 28.02.2009 This is a salary saving scheme payment policy therefore erroneously the premiums were paid till 28.10.2009. EXCESS MONTHLY PREMIUM FOR EIGHT MONTHS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED BY THE EMPLOYER. IF THE SAME IS PAID TO INSURER AFTER SUCH DEDUCTION, IT SHOULD BE REFUNDED TO THE POLICY- HOLDER AAT THE EARLIEST.
