[Resolved]  Jet Airways — bad customer service

I had a Jet airways flight to catch from Delhi,on my way to the airport there was a major accident which resulted in heavy traffic jam. Thinking of getting late I tried for web check but, it wasnt working. called the customer care,it took around 5 minutes to actually talk to the executive.Told theml them how badly I am stuck in the traffic and that I was not able to web checkin,instead of listening to the problem and trying to help, the customer care executive kept repeating that i should reach the airport 2 hours before the flight and wasted another 10 minutes. when I told him that i wanted to speak to his manager, he put me on hold again. After another 5 minutes, he says, he can do it, and started telling me about the available seats in the aircraft. Despite of me telling him that any seat would do, he kept asking me about my preferance and again kept me on hold. again after 5 minutes he comes with a reply that he is getting some error and there is nothing he could do.

After 25 mintues of waiting i was left with no seat and at the same time was harrased by the executive.

why are customer service not customer friendly. it could have been done within 10 minutes if the executive realy intended to do it. but there was no help but wastage of time.

From now onwards not only I will stop flying through Jet airways but will never suggest anyone to take Jet airways flight

Jet Airways — poor service by tele executive

I tried taking help from tele executive ( named Amandeep Kaur, employee # 1513) to book the ticket using promotional code. But her service was extreamly poor. Her voice was not very friendly. "Who cares" atttitude. <br />

Put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and she came back with the excuse that her supervisor is busy talking in different call. Did not take the complaint rather she had given me the email id to put the compliant. <br />
<br />
Why, as most of the people dont write the complaint using emails after such an annoying and frustrating long calls with these type of tele executives. Who most of the time dont care about their customers. <br />

I know nothing will happen using this as well, but atleast i will hope that it will be put to the right forum.

JETAIRWAYS — Not provided boarding pass & Worst customer service experience

Hi Mr Naresh Goyal,

I had a quite bit of weird and worst experience on 29 Oct 2009 at patna international airport. It is fairly minor compared to the other complaints if some take to the responsibility. I have reached airport allmost one hour before flight departure time. i have request many times to customer service desk for my boarding pass but they said i was late so they allotted seat to other passenger and also Mr.Suhash & Mr. Rashid ( jetairways emp) said seat are full hence they can't issue boarding pass. also said he busy and come after 45 min later.he was very rude.

Reason for late:- As i was holding jetlight flight ticket but @ airport no where mention jetlight flight boarding pass will available @ jetairways counter.

Complain:

1). How can they issue my seat to other passenger as i paid ticket cost and i have not canceled my ticket ?
2). As i booked 2 ticket one for me and other for my friend, My friend had informed to jetairline emp to hold boarding pass as i was bit late. thay why they issue ticket to waiting list passenger?
3).I was traveling to Jetlight flight but holding jetlight ticket but @ patna airport ..not even single counter seen for jetlight counter ..after spending 15 to 20 time to find out that i will get jetlight flight boarding pass @ jetairways counter ..so it was not my mistak that came late.
4).Both Mr. Reshid & Mr .Subash Jet emp didnot explain ticket cancelation process?

Bcoz of all these problem i have to pay 13,000/- to extra to come via airline ..
