[Resolved]  Jet Airways — lost luggage number

I traveled on 19th December Mumbai-Delhi flight no. 9W851, seat no. 14D, and by chance I left my pashmina shawl in the plane, then immediately I informed to the counter and the staff has given me the loss luggage customer care no. [protected]. Since then I am trying to contact that number but number is switch off. I am unable to understand that nobody is there to lookafter this..............
