Jet Airways — Incorrect Info given/ bad service

I was supposed to travel from HK to Mumbai on 26th March. I called HK reservation hotline number on 22nd March to enquire about whether it is possible to change my tickets to 2nd April. I was told with penalty of HKD 1,000 it was possible, as ticket expiry was on 30th April.
I went to Jet office in HK on morning of 24th March to confirm the same and check the availabilty- I was told that this is possible by a lady there. Then I went to AI office to change my onward journey ticket. After that when I went back to Jet office, to my horror and surprise they told me this is not possible since ticket expiry is on 31st March! I told them it does not makes sense, she said she will check with India office and call me...I got no call till Monday morning (day of my travel)...I had to go back to Jet office to be told the same thing.
My complaints are on various issues:
- incorrect info by reservation hotline;
- lady in HK office did not cared to check expiry of tickets before telling me that ticket can be postponed: gross negligence at work;
- nobody cared to call me to update me despite taking my phone number.
I am frequent flyer with Jet, never had such an issue- utterly pathetic. AI experience have been much better, despite it being miles ticket! All of this caused lots of inconvinience to me and money to go to various offices multiple times.

Jet Airways — POOR RESERVATION SERVICE

Hi Everyone,

I had booked the tickets from London to ahmedabad return from 23rd July to 08th Aug 2010. Due to some work I had to reshedule the date on the return side. I called up the helpline alomost a month ago and requested for change of date to 26th July. The staff was friendly and they did the change and asked for a charge of 58-60 pounds(I dont remenber the exact amt). Now today on 13th July I called on their helpline again and asked for change from 26th to 27th July. The guys in call centre explained and agreed on 88 pounds for a change( previous charges included in this 88pounds). Unfortunately when the call centre executive was changing the dates, the call got disconnected. I again called up after half an hour and I was told that my previous charges were 80 pounds and the change will cost me in total 112. I was surprised bec there was no fare change, it was just a penalty and how previous charge changed fron 60 to 80 pounds. I had confrontation with the guys and there is no manager on service because its night time in India , though its 24*7 service. I am pissed off with the attitutude and poor service and I now doubt the reliability and integrity of any talk with JET AIRWAYS customer service on phone. Hope the senior management will look into this query and will take this as an example to improve their customer service to some standards....... Regards NM JAIN

Jet Airways — Poor Services

Dear Sir,

It is sorry to that your services are very poor w.r.t cancellation of any ticket. I'm cancelled the tickets from Bhopal to New Delhi (Jet Airways Web Booking eTicket ( DXLUVR ) on dated 30.07.2012 on phone. As customer care executive informed me about Refund reciept shall be mailed / sent within 48 hrs. After 72 hrs I'm not received any communication from jet airway. I'm calling to ur customer care executive daily for provide the reciept till date but they give only assurance.

To day I'm told with Mr. Saif he assure me Refund reciept shall be mailed / sent before 7.00pm today. But till now I'm not received the same.

Considering above you are requested kindly look into the matter immediatelly.
And give me the reasons behinde the delay of 8 days (i.e. 30.07.2012 to 06.08.2012)
