[Resolved] Jet Airways — Incompetence - Call center JET Airways | |||
Hello everybody, I have had very bad experience with Jet airlines today 9th June 2010. I had tickets booked for my wife and one yr old daughter for Indore to Delhi and rescheduled it for four weeks after (for today) over phone with some call-centre associate. She postponed ticket and told me 700 Rs. charges for change and whatever price difference.When I asked her what are the price difference she said, she will not be able to tell, only airport counter will tell you at departure time. I checked online on website and ticket amount for 9th June was even lesser than what i paid for actually. I didn't worry about price difference, and let my wife and daughter to reach at airport today early morning. Airport counter claimed 5000 Rs. price difference on top of 700 Rs. change fee. When asked about reason, he said call center girl has booked "higher" class ticket this time which obviously has higher fare. It was very disappointing to pay 8000 Rs. for a one month pre-booked ticket (which was ~3000 Rs. over website at that time). Worst part is why call centre associate kept us in dark, and let us face this trauma for last minute. Me and my family are so pissed of on Jet airways that we decided never to travel again with them.
