[Resolved]  Jet Airways — refund amount not received

Sir,

While booking of Ticket by online, payment amount debited from my bank account but that transaction was unsuccesful.

I Have complaint to Jetairways through email ([protected]@jetairways.com & [protected]@jetairways.com)

I have sent the Bank Transaction Slip Also.

But till date they are not refunded my amount.

my mail to Jet Airways through mail on 02-08-12

We have booked flight ticket from Chennai to Raipur by flight no, 9W7008 and PNR No. is PHINHE, journey date[protected]. and Passenger Name Mr. B S Reddy.

We have paid through our Debit Card and amount also debited from our Bank Account. But This transaction successful not done while payment process in your website.

So We have booked another ticket and journey made. But till date we have not received refund for 1st booked ticket for above mentioned PNR.

Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount immdly.
