Rchd Mum Dom 35 mn prior due to inordinate delAy in baggage arrival at intnl...3 am flight 9w2143 -web check in card says 25 mn prior gates close -was declined a boarding - pushed to buy tickets from a specific vendor outside the airport... Spent mother 9000 bucks to buy a ticket and wasted my the airport...also the behviour of staff was very rude...
