Jetlite Flight S2 6368 — THEFT OF MEDIA PLAYER

INDRAKAMAL PATHAK +2 WAS TRAVELLING FROM BHUBANESWAR TO KOLKTA BY JETLITE FLIGHT S2 6368 PNR NO: OSRZNJ SEAT NO 1A, 1C & 1D ON 27TH MAY 2009, BAGGAGE TAG NO: BBI 2C499C BBIHRP 0705 S2142548L.

We noticed upon collecting the baggage at Calcutta airport that one of the zipper compartment of the baggage was opened and an expensive media player (Moser Bayer, 515i) was missing. We immediately complained to the Jetlite authorities at the airport who mentioned that there is nothing much they can do and didn't register any complaint instead they advised us to write mail to Jetlite.

I request to to look into this matter as safety of baggage is airline responsibility & they should take immediate steps to investigate into these issues before it's too late
