New Kalka National Jwellery,Kalkaji,New Delhi — Cheating to customer

Dear Concerned

2 days back i bought a gold ring from New Kalka National Jwellers.I asked for hall marked ring, but the person sitting there told all our products are hall marked but we dont use the hall mark in small ornaments.

The ring i bough was a 22 carat ring with new weight 1.90 gm and gross weight 2.90 gm. The charged me for full 2.90 gm. When i inquired back to the shop regarding the huge weight difference he cited me that gross weight is for polish.I took the ring to another jewelery shop and the person there told me it is only 1.89 gm and its not a hall marked jewelery.So my question is where the 1 gm vanished.Even if its in Polish, it should come as a physical weight.

These guys have cheated me in weight and charged me falsely for 1 gm extra.

I seek your assistance to fire these people or else please let me know whether my assumption is wrong?

there is a water logging on lal bahadur shastri marg at ghatkopar-west near telephone exchange.Due to unevan road surface there is a water logging.And tresspassers as well as vehicles found very difficult to pass.So please do needful as soon as possible.

the above jewellers is a thief and they sell gold by cheating the customer , they mislead the customer and make money by wrong means and when customer revert to them they harras the customer by seeing a photograph in which the owner and his relatives are in police uniform, they even try to beat the customer if customer speak against us, its very surprising that till now why no action has been taken against them.

This is Totally Fake complaint.Khurana jewelry house is prestigious and respectable name in the field.they are trusted for years will continue with the same service.ppl don't give a thought to this fake review...might be some competitor or jealoused ones!

it is for the information of the general public that KHURANA JEWELLERY HOUSE, a well known reputed business concern in amritsar dealing in business of gold ornaments and diamonds sell the jewellery which is duly certified by reputed diamond laboratories before it is sold to the customers. this business concern has been satisfying the demands of its customers since the year 1950. some mischievous and unscrupulous people are spreading the rumors that KHURANA JEWELLERY HOUSE is selling jewellery at a very higher value than of its actual value. people are here by informed that they should not pay attention to these rumors. no customer has ever complaint about the quality, standard, purity, and value of the gold ornaments/jewellery sold by khurana jewellery house. but if any person from general public has any grievance with our concern, he/she is free to contact us at our office from 11am to 8.30 pm to get his/her grievance redressed.

I have ordered a gold necklace at local store and i paid advance of rs 2, 00, 000. I have send an image of the necklace in wathup and asked him to do the same. But he did not do like which i gave and i didnot liked it.
I ask him to give my money back. But he is not willing to give my money back. Pls help me out
