[Resolved]  Jindal/mattress — Lumps in Mattress

I have bought a pair of Jindal Escapades (Energise) mattress from M/s Mahaluxmi Enterprises (Dealer name-Rajesh Khanna-Mob No:[protected],[protected],[protected]) dtd 02.05.2010 of amount Rs 7200.After 1 month of its use the problem of formation of lumps in mattress have occurred and which was telephonically and personally apprised to Mr Khanna "N" number of times and he used to comfort me that he will replace the same as soon as he receives another lot of the same type of mattress, but he never cared to visit the place to see the condition of the mattress. The mattress possesses 3 yrs warranty but is doesn't last for a month. Moreover the mattress(Jindal)has been purchased in lieu of the the mattress(Shalimar)which i also bought from him on 08.05.2009 which was discarded due to sagging problem. so logically speaking i have been in trouble as a consumer since 08.05.2009.

I had several times spoke to him to either replace my mattress or to refund my amount, but he never paid heed to the problem. Moreover I being the patient who is having back ache(Spondalytis) problem since 2009.The formation of lumps in the mattress have further aggravated my agony of backbone problems.

I really want to urge you to kindly look into the matter and thus i claim Rs 15000 in lieu of the dealer's unproffessional approach to the consumers.
