Jindal/mattress — Jindal Escpades(Eco DELIGHT) mattres Problem, did not replace with in warranty period

I Dipanjan Kundu, purchased the Jindal Escpades(Eco DELIGHT) mattress on 9th June 2014.This product have 12 months guarantee. When we purchased the product, shop person claim if anything wrong it will be replaced within guarantee period.Last few month we have been suffering about this product.within 6month it began to sag. The store personnel advised us that it was normal so we didn't do anything about it.But last moth it is now drooping on one side, height decreasing 5inch to 3 inch.I have visited the shop(A to Z Bedding Store, Baguiati, Vip Super Market, Kolkata-59) too many times and submitted Guarantee Card and xerox copy of purchased Bill.But the man from the Jindal company till not came to check the matttress and problem yet not been solved.Please assist me what can i do to resolve my problem.
