Jloot.com — No delivery, No response

I have ordered a product from JLoot.com. on October 20 (Order number 4507). The product is not yet delivered. I have called them many times at the number they have given on the website contact page to check the order status. The number is not working.
I sent many emails asking for the status through the web form and from my personal email address.
But no response till now.
They sent me only 1 email saying that they received the payment.

I need an immediate response to this issue.
