Jloot.com is too slow in responding & even capable of delivering items. Nobody picks up phone on the following no. +91 [protected] (11AM TO 5PM - MONDAY TO FRIDAY). [protected]@JLOOT.COM +91 [protected] And nobody replies the emails even. We ordered items to them on Aug 22, 2012 & have called 3 times but no response. The Contact no. is always found switched off. Payment was made by credit card which said payment received at the time of placing order only. That's right, I ordered a product on October 20. Order number. I keep on calling on every day and sent more than 5 follow up emails. No response as of now. I made the payment with my debit card.
If they can't deliver it on time, then at least they could have intimated the same.
I don't want to reveal my name, if JLoot check the emails, they can find some pending orders. Just process it and deliver as soon as possible, If not, then I will post against them on facebook, Twitter and all the social networking websites. I ask for Rs.225 back or the delivery of the product I ordered.
