[Resolved]  Job — i was working in nim since last 3 mth

respected to all,

i have joined nim on 29/06/09 n worked there till aug, i was doing up down by train to raipur to bilaspur, i expenced my money alot n didn't get salary till date, one day what happen i was unable to go office due to its raining allot in raipur and i m unable to catch train of 7.40am morning, but then also i have informed my all bosses by sms. n they granted my leave that day. but when i reached next day to the office in attendance register what i have seen there is 3day absent.. then i asked to my TL ( priyanka sharma) mam i informed you n all other bosses that its was raining in raipur n m suffring fron cough n cold and fever too. then why it is absent writen there... what she told me nothing can happen dear you r terminated from today, then i askey why what is the reason she told it is an order to you. you have to leave office campus right now (very roudly) . i told her ok m going but give me my salary she told ok i will give you next monday. when again i have gone on monday they told me again next monday again i have gon on that day the told me after 8day your salary amount will be in your bank account after 8 day i contact them but they wer not reciving my ph.. n bla bla bla and now they r telling you r not going to get your salary or any kind of money from over organization......

sir/mam you tell me they should do like this to me you know what was the time taken by train raipur to bilaspur 2.30 hour,
daily i was wasting my 5 hours for travalling plus my expancess for ticket daily 200 plus auto charges 50 par day min... but then also
they r not giving me salary sinc last 3 mth,,, n now i come to know that nim is a fraud organization what shuld i dooooooo plz guide me. i dont have money i am really needy of money that's what m telling to them... but now they told me that they r not going to give me my salary please help me out to get my salary n all plz plz plz......
