My No is 26821053 .Very frequently the phone while in use gets disconnected and goes dead.can some one from BSNL attend .I am a high call subscriber. Ineed to have a phone with caller ID and BSNl has aprovision to issue this type of instrument. However on approaching Hadapsar Exchange i am denied of this facility.
Request response immediately. My phone is defunct now
