Not responding our jhondeer agent's and late for first sarvicing 15days.
Then small issue in wires are bracked my tractor I'll inform to sarvicing center but no useful information

Hi team I bought John Deere 4045 model on Nov2022 with in 100hrs the tyres gone for 25% and tyres are not that much quality and complaint to dealer/sale person/customer service but no proper support and solution. I'm feeling why i bought such product where I'm not getting proper support and solution. I bought based on brand now I'm feeling very bad on quality and support. I need support to fix this issue

Very worst quality tyres provided to me with in 100hrs 25%tyres gone and it got damaged. When I called salem delar and sales person and customer service very worst response. I didn't realize this kind of support from John Deere. Can any one share the escalation details. Also I never suggest this to any one.

I wish to complain about john deere
tractor product and service, that I purchased on 2021 from jaleswar

I am complaining because of servise issue and miss guide again again many more time that was happend but no one will be responsibilility from the center To resolve this problem.Still we have no choice because we already purchased yet so what to do. We paid monthly Emi but seriously service was nothing again and again we harassing.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Mr Pritam Babu and Mr Manas babu but still not solved at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because we have no choi choice I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

Subject: Missing of manual
Respected Sir/ Mam

I would like to grab the attention of your institution towards my concern regarding the missing manual.
I am linked up with John Deere since 2005, and recently I took the delivery of my "John Deere 5405 CRDI Gear Pro Lift Pro" in my hometown - Fazilka on 1st Marsh 2023. Even after repeated reminders the agency didn't provided us manual. Despite this, they have not shown me any sold tractors by the agency nearby, even after asking then hundred of times.
Even before this I do not have very good experience with my hometown's (fazilka's) agency. Since five years they never stood on my hopes when I tried to contact them for getting parts for my John Deere 5310 LT. And I tried to get parts from other places that harrased me mentally and physically. But now-a-days the experience with this agency is getting worse than worst. After begging a lot of times they haven't provided me the required information regarding my tractor which I asked for.
Kindly take my concern into consideration and do provide me with my tractor's manual and please inspect my tractor as it have minor complications.
I do expect assistance from the senior officials in the coming time.

The dealership is refusing to provide accessories mentioned in the website(canopy & canopy holder)

Hi I have bought a new John Deere tractor this month. The website mentions about giving canopy and canopy holder while buying. But when we ask the dealer he says that if they give all this things they will be in loss and refused to give me one.

I have register a complaint in my tractor on january 20 but still now your company service manager does not take proper action on it and doesnot rectify my problem in my tractor.
the way of speaking tto the customer is very poor and non responsible answers are given by the manager manimaran and murali. they told that "we are serivcing 1500 tractors so you have to adjust and wait for the rectification to be done by us". the punctuality of employees are also very worst they arrive to the spot only after 2.00clk but they are promising time is 9.00 clk morning. they doesnot know the value of time too.
these activities are done by the worker in service branch paramakudi and these all are done under the knowledge of the manager too. kindly take necessary action on it.

This is bring to your attention that amount of Rs76828 has been debited from account of Dheeraj Motors, Shikohabad dealer code no[protected] dated 12/10/2014 as C form was not available at that time.

Then we have submitted C form for FY 2013-14 but still John Deere is not crediting my amount back to me. C form no is as follows 0903149c919274.

i have been doing follow ups will all respective john deere management but am not getting any response.

Looking forward for your response.

John Deere service was very poor and worst near me.

I have worked at one of engineering services provider who worked for John Deere.
In that my employment has been terminated due to internal managerial team due to their own reason. It was not harrasment nor any bad behaviour. Still due to one female employee complaint regarding rude behaviour, i have been terminated. Rude behaviour at once is not harrasment. Still i have to face termination issue due to such small mistake. Due to this, my feedback circulated wrong and due to this i lossed many more opportunities to work at John Deere.
Also i have some internal manager concern, the manager who I've worked with was dominated me due to asking few cross questions to releted to work. That's why due to managers ego hurt and he disappoint to circulate wrong feedback about me. So every one thinks I'm wrong even I'm not. I could not able to proove myself. Even i had already worked at John Deere with good Manager that time work and behaviour was ok. But in this new manager ego was hurt so he found the reason of rude behaviour with female employee, and such small reason he terminated my employment. I think this is injustice to me and my career. I want to complaint against it and fight for my right.

Defect tractor given by John Deere tractors and not taking back or solved the problem, keep on doing service and taking money for no use, it is harvester and season for 6 months once for 1 month but vehicle is not working, coolant oil boiling issue, oil coming out

My tractor: John Deere 3036 EN

Lift control system doesn’t work properly and the arms break frequently.

The relay is broken and the electrical system doesn’t work properly. Fuses, headlights and other things stop working frequently.

Engine takes too much load.

There are too many leakages.

Mudguards have broken multiple times.

I didn’t expect this from John Deere. The local agency ‘Brothers Tractor Abohar’, I bought from, gives very poor customer service. They don’t listen to any of the complaints. I have even tried with John Deere customer care multiple times. Still no good.

Service is too bad, job cards opened for coolant boiling for 7times but issue not solved, taken money, not covered anything under warranty, finally yesterday vehicle repaired Fully engine level work down even though same issue today, what should we do, it is harvester I am losing money in this season . Last 5days vehicle is in showroom eventhough no use, take the vehicle and replace or back our money
