I had cancelled a purchase agreement for a property in Thane in June 2010, And subsequently the refund application was made. However after making run around the DIG office for 3 months saying DIG is on leave, the officials at the JDR (One Ms.Sangle or Sangwe -they don't give the name correctly) in collusion collusion with an Agent Uday ensured the file diappeared for two and a half months. Finally after I kept following, the file was found at with agent. A government office file was stolen ! And nobody claims responsibility ! Finally with the help of one Mr.Chaubal and my innumerable follow ups from - wasting tine and facing loss at work - The file No.769 was submitted to the Treasury. Now the treasury is making me run around on flimsy pretext !
Mr.Chaubal had asked assured me of follow up and asked me to call on number 25340489 to confirm status but when I call up, the lady who picks up the phone(I beleive it is Ms.Sagle/Sangwe) talks rudely and bangs the phone down saying no body is available and that she is not a telephone operator.
Dear sir, I have already gone around these offices over twenty five times and my work has suffered immensely.
Kindly look into the matter and help me get my refund of Rs.122600/- less the 10% charges. Was this information helpful? |
