Joint District Registrar, Thane — Fraud done to me

I am Premshankar Vishwakarma

I did the stamp duty payment of rs 123500 on 11th December2020 to IDBI BANK bhayandar west and they released the challan on 31th December 2020.but sub registrarer told me that challan was released on 1st January so you have make more payment of rs31100 and i did the payment.
So please give me refund of 31100 rs as my challan from IDBI BANK was released on 31 st December 2020.
Everything i did before time than why i should pay More.
Its sub registrar Fault.
Also i attached the challan receipt of both payments.
Please reply as soon as possible.
