[Resolved]  Jsp Honda — Faulty vehicle sold

With reference to the complaint registered on 21st July in Honda two wheeler.com against JSP Honda Anna Nagar, Chennai, sorry to say worst response ever seen, do not know how come Honda such a reputed brand has given authorization dealership to such foul company.
Very well planned a manufacturing default vehicle is been sold to me easily, many a times I questioned I need to check the vehicle before taking delivery, these people never accepted and said it is based on allotment and all are PDI tested vehicle no chance of fault, moreover only on the date of delivery we will bring the vehicle to showroom, the major mistake I did was I believed these people words and took the delivery after registration.
The very first day (bought on 12th June) of driving itself I had experienced some difference there was no smoothness at all, no pick up, and jerk was there, different engine sound, steering was tight towards right turn, when I took delivery front mudguard was damaged and these people were trying to convince me, totally I didn’t accept told them to change and give, finally they wrote in the delivery note and gave me (I have a proof of this), next day took the vehicle to showroom and told all my complaints, they just varied the hailing and said nothing, engine will take sometime to set, so continue driving, another major good aspect of them, they changed my mudguard from a vehicle of the same color which came for service on that day (of a different customer which was registered) pity on that unknown customer ..…this is their original face.
Days after and after the vehicle condition was very worse, after paying Rs 62000 at one shot I was like a dog running behind sales and service point, there was no solution, finally I blasted them like anything then On July 20th, so they took my vehicle from my home, they came up saying issue with engine drive shaft, bearing etc.. very relaxingly they say it will be rectified.
My question is being a girl just driving 2 kms I recognized there is some issue, but these people tested the vehicle & technicians would have droven it, so after knowing everything they had cheated me very well planned. Now they are ill treating me no reponse at all, 100 calls I have made to both Venkaraman (Sales Manager) & Venkat (Service Manager) they dame care about customers hard earned money with irresponsible attitude, definitely I would file legal case against for their behavior. Why I should pay 62000 and get a faulty vehicle if yes I would have gone for a second hand vehicle. If money is the only motto for them there are many ways to earn why they want to cheat hard earned money of people in the name Two wheeler show room.
So easily they can cheat, and try to convince me by repairing a new vehicle 100 times, but why I should accept, will you people accept this for your own vehicle? Either company as to replace my vehicle OR refund my money along with compensation with all money I have spent on other accessories outside of around Rs 450, engine oil they charge me Rs 310, and all our sleepless nights with mental pressure.
As no one should suffer like me, I was till now waiting for their reply but no point, hence my mom who is a Superintendent working in IG (Inspector General of Police), I am filing a petition to DGP (Director General of Police) tomorrow against JSP Honda Anna nagar, next i am filing a petition in Chief Minister cell, with the help of my uncle Mr. Muthu Manickam CM Personal Security Deputy Superintendent of Police, also I am filing a case against these people in consumer court. If required I will take it up to Ministry of Transport, and media. As they should not cheat any common people around.
Looking out a immediate action against these people from Honda.

JSP HONDA — Registration

I am facing a problem from JSP honda, kukkatpally. I took aviator from JSP 2 months back and I opted to register vehicle through them. But since last 2 months I am tired of doing follow-up with them for the same.I tried nearly 10-12 times. Every time I use to get the response from the person reponsible for it that in RTO office 'internet is not working', 'officer is on leave' etc. I dont know whether the officer is doing job according to JSP honda convenience or this person is doing his job depending on his convenience/mood.

while taking this vehicle also i faced hte problem from JSP.After booking the vehicle, I called them after 10 days(as they informed me to call). got the response is that vehicle is ready u can pay and take. I went there taking half day leave and got the same answer (pay first and take vehicle) and i paid the full amount. when i went to delivery section, they made me to wait for 2-3hrs and told battery is not there we can't give the vehicle. Finally my leave ws wasted and vehicle ws delivered after 1wk to me.

This kind of very very bad service was provided by JSP honda, ya i have seen many bad experiences with ppl who took vehicle from JSP. Is there any solution for this???

JSP HONDA — No delivery

I have bookd a cbr 250 non abs in jsp annanagar

And promised delivery within 10 days
But it has been months time
And i had payed the amount

Will there be necessary action
