I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior and misinformation I experienced during the delivery of my new vehicle on 29th Sep 2025 at JSP Honda Showroom Madinaguda, Hyderabad.

My dissatisfaction with the service provided by JSP Honda, Kukatpally during my recent visit for the servicing of my Honda Dio.
During the service, I specifically reported a battery issue, which should have been addressed promptly, especially since the vehicle is still under warranty. I have given my above Two Wheeler for Paid Service on 19th Jan 2024 at 9am and they have given the estimate cost of INR4500 and have asked me to take the delivery on 20thJan2024 6pm. I never got any call in these 2 days and when I called, they said the service is in progress. When I reached their Service Center on 20th Jan 2024 at 6pm delivery time, i was shocked to see that my two wheeler was not even serviced.
I have taken delivery of the vechicle without service, for which they me 120rs for some repair work. 2 days they have kept my vehicle at their custoday without doing any work and my escalation to Venkatraman, GM Grievances has also not given me proper response. Such a reckless behavour of JSP Honda staffs needs to be condemned and I should be compensated for keeping my vehicle with them for 2 days without doing anything. Works Manager response was arrogant and they refused to give me the Job Card as well. I am planning to approach the Consumer Court to sue them for deficiency on their services

I brought Activa 6 g 3 months before... In this 3 months I have 3 times engine problem... Service is not good ... Can get new bike ...??? Can I go with consumer court...???

On complaint of self start issue I had given my two wheeler ACTIVA HONDA 6G to JSP Honda Service Center Ambattur on 31st May 2022. Till date (24.06.2022) It has not been delivered to me yet though I received information from customer care executive that it has been ready since 20.06.2022 (Monday) after several follow ups. JOB CARD NO: 37818. Despite of doing all services in HONDA service centers Two Wheeler Engine ceased three times while running. I've bought my vehicle on 03rd August 2020 not even two years completed but getting so many issues.

500054 Hyderabad JSP Honda service center. while submitting time one person attended his name is indranath(advisor) he didn't info me about extra charges. after i have follwup with them 4pm they ans me come and collect my vehicle. when they show me the invoice i just not understand what they billed lot of things, i have asked for explaination Indranath (advisor) he dont have common sense how to talk to customer. he is like road side rogue.
i am requesting people if you want to go this service center plaese avoid this type of people.

Honda unicorn bike dealer
The bike given to me is old and used more than 50kms and handed over to me only after registration without showing the bike to me..The tyres too is old.. NEVER CHOOSE JSP HONDA

Heei... Do u this that we are of no work and just to run day and night to your show room... Dont ur ph work in ur show rooms... Before taking bike u even bless the legs.. Once out thats it... No ans to our call ntg... I just fell y do in chose this xblade bike now.. Because o[censored]r service...#... If there is a chance i would really return it to u... No needed relation with you... I have been calling since 4 days no one till now answered...

poor bike service and cheating customers

I have been servicing my bike in JSP HONDA from 5 or more times. I am complaining about the engine noise issue from the second free servicing itself, but they are giving the bike without resolution. They are just change the basic engine oil and delivering to customers. The bike mechanic will have a ride and confirm that bike condition is good, but the same issue will occur as it is after one day. The bike engine warranty will exists for two years and it will be ending in next two months. They are just passing the warranty time to make money. If they want to change any part, it will be weeks for procuring stock. I need help to stop their cheating and please consider this as priority. Hoping for kind consideration on this.

Please explain reason for delay.

faulty honda activa

I bought honda activa 4g model as on may 2017 in jsp honda perambur chennai showroom. As of now km done -23700km. Now i got a engine problems nobody can't able to find it. Very worst service centre guys. Can't tolerate anymore nearly 5-7 times the same problem. I am working in marketing. I can't go to job right now. I will never recommend honda products to anyone in my life.

Very stupid & worst service i ever seened.. Mr. Kanniappan & that manager both r cheatable person, while i booked my vehicle with full cash & they deliver the material to me after one month., but my vehicle is lying on their showroom itself. Now i go for service - for the past four days their response is not satisfactory — due to one of your service person (Mr. Ram) tells me your service has completed come & take your vehicle thru phone & the other persons (Mr. Vivek) tells it may delayed... Till i can't able to get back mr. Ram on my line. I can't understand yyyyy those people has not communicate properly. Eventhough i would have asked my vehicle service status thru whatsup - they didn't response on time. First of all their arenot treat customer well.. Meanwhile we approach for our query & that time only they try to show that they engaged busy. I sincerely ask those responsible person who saw my msg atleast try to take necessary steps to those stupid guys. My greedy is not to intend to cause blame on them. I suffered lot on while buying my vehicle cum service.

Purchased unicorn vehicle 150 cc. My registration was cancelled by rta people due to common negliegence of providing documents (Form-22) by jsp honda staff.
They have shown partially used bike during delivery. Service is not at all good. My complaints not be resolved. They are just writing the complaints on the form, but are not been taken up. Bike accessories fitting is also worst i have ever seen.

Not giving bill for service

I've done service for my Activa Bike on 25th December 2016 and battery replacement on 25th March 2017. for both the services I didn't receive bill and over charged. When asked the clerk over there told some silly reasons and asked to collect after couple of days. I approached them several times and they didn't give me the bill. They are cheating people like this. Request to take stern action

Bike engine problem not rectified

I own Honda CB unicorn 160 bought on 6th june 2016. I gave it for 3rd service on 15th of Dec 2016 in JSP HONDA perambur service center. I also gave a complaint that my engine started making sound while running condition. And Kicker also running freely and sometimes does not work. I received my bike from service 2 days after that. But the engine problem has not been rectified. I was not called/messaged/mailed regarding the situation.Now, my bike is not starting sometimes and makes too much noise. Pls rectify it however ASAP.

Jsp honda is very good in selling their bikes to customers but the service they provide to vehicles is horrible. I had given my new honda activa 125 for free service just to change the engine oil. There is no professionalism in the service station, there is a so called water wash which will make your bike look even messy after service. My worst nightmare is my bike doesn't start when the ignition is on and the bike stops when riding on traffic. I have complained and they tried to fix the issue twice but still the problem exists. It is better to give the bike to a well known roadside mechanic than to the so called honda service station.

Sold old bike to me. 5 months old. Never buy from JSP honda! The bike was even spoiled. scratches, dent on fuel tank and even 1bolt missing from fuel cap. Kept on arguing for 2 hours but no use. They have my money and these stupid people started lying.

I was ready to book a cb unicorn 150 and the executive came to me after 15mins i have entered the showroom. This was really not expected from a reputed company like honda.
Your guys have even not sent for refreshment after asking twice.
I was informed that unicorn was having a waiting period of 3 months. So i was inclined to buy a activa and take a delivery on the same day. The executive in the beginning told me that the vehcle is available but when i told him i was not interested in the acessories he was like very rude and started a new story that they dont have stock, even though they have showed me a vehcle earlier with acessories already installed in it.
Hope your guys improve your service

Not at all touching the vehicle which was given for 1st and 2nd service.. how we are giving for service same without touching even dust they are returning back as service done. Staffs behavior are very worst after money paid even for delivery and service after sales.

I Booked a activa 3G for my Wife, Marketing Person was not even intrested to explain us the details, we had to ask even basic details which he is suppose to explain, in spit i was had to book only throw him, i paid full cash Rs.64, 405/- on[protected] they promissed will deliver on[protected], then they turned saying 15th is as ammavasi so there are more bykes to deliver, so i had to take on[protected], i was told to come by 4.30pm to take the byke
By 6.30pm Sales person says, Need to do Fitting will take time more

My name is Mr.Raj kumar.I bought CB UNICORN bike from JSP HONDA agency in Perambur branch one and half week before.Then I gave vehicle for the first free service on 22.03.2013.When got it back after the delivery, I noticed that front lock is completely struck and key is not able to be remove and left handle rubber holder is damaged.Really I am shocked.I kindly request you to take necessary action to rectify the mistakes.
