I agree with the above even they are like the other Tom, Dick and other online company
i got introduced to the company through Mr. Animesh who is no more with the company
told to contact Mr. Sujeet Goswami a total waste of revenue for the company never gives
a proper solution always has a standard dialogue used PAN INDIA i think we will check with
the audit dept and will keep you posted on the satus accordingly but never does the same i
had to constantly get in touch with him but he never responded later I was told to contact
Ms. Ruchita Vasani extremely rude and again a robotic machine said the same script of getting
back finally after so much followed said that the quality of data was not accurate said out of the
41 data submitted by me in the month of june they have audited some 6 data only which they found
not up to date so my question to them is that why have not audited the total data to find the accuracy
a total waste of reputation for the fastest growing company.

I hereby request reseller Mumbai team of Mr. Danny Kurian to look into on priority and not spoi the name
of Mr. Mani who has taken just dial to a new height within a short span of time.

At the outset we regret the inconvenience. As regards to the concerns you have shared about our team members we have taken your observations. I would like to inform you that Sujeet has moved to a different profile in the organisation sometime back and with regard to Ruchita, we will share your feedback and ensure suitable support in future.

I have personally gone through the audit report’s submitted to you and the communications exchanged subsequently. Upon the audit of the data submitted by you in June’11, you had attained an accuracy of 0%. In continuation of the audit report you had expressed your concern and we had done a re-audit of your data, the accuracy of the data once again was consistent at 0% accuracy, this is not favourable. This update was shared with you.

On the 4th of October, Ruchita had sent you a mail explaining the process of audit and the percentage of data that is taken for auditing to arrive at accuracy.

As regards your suggestion where you have requested us to take all the data contributed by you for audit, this will not be possible as this process is not in line as shared with all Resellers, secondly if we have to follow this system of auditing all data contributed by Resellers, this will not be a practical solution. The process followed by us is the normal practice followed by organisations which is involved in collecting large data sample’s. Also note, that our process of audit is clearly mentioned in the reseller website for anybody’s reference.

Though your data is rejected due to 0% accuracy as a way forward, we kindly suggest that you re-check the data and re-submit the same for us to audit the resubmitted data. The data contributed by you, is available in your Rejected data folder where you can re-submit before November 20th. (I have mentioned this date, because your data submitted in June was returned to your Rejected data folder on 20th August. Every Reseller has a time period of 90 days within which he can re-submit the Rejected data, after which the data will be removed from this folder, making it possible for any other Reseller to submit the similar data).

For re-submitting the data, I would suggest you to call each and every data submitted by you, recheck the data and correct any mistakes that was entered by you previously.

Mr.Danny,

if poss arrange a public meeting and prove you are giving at least 50 % satisfying the re seller business.

if you get more than 50% just dial shuts all the unnecessary mouths.
