JUST DIAL Sales members ( Nikhil - [protected]) have mis-sold the services and haven't informed complete details before activation and he only informed that you can cancel the ECS if services are not good / not satisfied.

Also, they create Fake leads as when we try to connect on the leads given then customer said that i haven't approached JD

I was onboarded to JustDial’s ECS service based on verbal assurances from their sales representative. He promised that one month’s EMI would be skipped and that I could opt out if the service didn’t meet expectations. However, none of this was documented or honored. I was never shown any contract or terms, nor was I informed about a lock-in period. Now I’m being forced to continue payments for a service that is not delivering relevant leads or value to my business. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and unethical onboarding. I request immediate cancellation of the ECS mandate and closure of the service without penalty.

This company is completely untrustworthy — it’s a scam. The leads they provide are of no use and have nothing to do with your actual field.

I’m an architect, and they deliberately added the keyword “builder” to my profile just to increase the number of leads. Once I removed that misleading tag, the leads dropped from 20/day to just 4/day — proving how irrelevant they were.
