[Resolved] JustDial.com — just dial doing fraud with customers

I would like to report a recent incident where I could see a deduction of 2333.00 INR in term of ECS from my company registered as "La Rose" with Just Dial in Delhi. I renew again my membership of LA ROSE in total amount 7721/-Rs. without sign any ECS documents to Mr.Sahil Chopra & Ms.Swati Singh. I request many time, but no response from them. They said by mistaken they sign ECS Documents from us, now we can't do any thing. I want to go consumer court, I want this refund. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I was also cheated in the same manner by their employee Nimit arora. He got ECS paper signed from me without telling me . I got to know about this when i went to bank to collect bank statement after 6 months . i have lost around 12000 rupees as a result of this.
