I've been cheated by Just Dial, while signing the contract their BDE Mr. Vishal & Priyanka told us that will get all categories for our business after paying money now they are telling that i will only get 1 category and if i want another I've to remove previous. when i complain about falls commitment to their customer care they told me to send the proof when i sent the scanned copy of the contract, i got reply they (Vishal & Priyanka) have promised not we. Now i wanted to discontinue my contract but they are telling you have to bear this for a whole year and i can not terminate as its an annual contract. please help to resolve this i don't want any refund but not willing to pay more money for their lies. Meharbansj @ Thanks for your comment and i am having complete sympathy with you as i am also suffering from the same. what if we stop the payment of cheque, these people are not following their contract why should we?
