[Resolved] JustDial.com — No fair rating or review policy

Just Dial does not have a fair review or rating policy.
They accept only positive reviews of their clients. They don't maintain even the customer details confidentiality as well.
This not just one time but 3rd time. They accept positive reviews but when I post a bad experience customer review or 'Poor' rating, they immediately sent the details to the Client telling that I have rated them poorly. Later on I get calls from their clients to take back the negative rating.
Just Dial Customer service is useless as well, they are more interested in trying to convince me not to post bad reviews.Then what is the use for them to have 'Poor' rating. 'Just to fool people'. The worst thing is when their client threatens to remove the bad rating given by us.

Their client pays money for Classified and so they will not post any true negative reviews or ratings.They simply don't care about people using their service.

It's easy for a scammer or cheat to use Just Dial Service, since poor rating cannot be posted and they can get away with it.

I have posted this on the 'Just Dial' facebook page but they had hidden it twice.
Why should they hide the comments if I asked them fair valid question?

True, I agree with you kalyan .Even i have been getting calls from one of the spa desperately calling me to remove negative opinions . I am completly irritated . I wont ever use and recommend others to use just dial .

Just Dial — rating & review

after seeing rating and review i have placed order for awning on ms gireesh cast & pattern but to my surprise the ratings column is bogus and used my name mobile no and mail id for ratings which is false and no of calls and written complaint to remove with out any success till date. pl do not belive justdial

Hey Kalyan...this is not true as I am the regular user of this Just Dial Services...they are fabulous and do fair job with their paid clients as well as us (Users)... I had an issue with their one paid client who didn't give me proper services then I posted review on just dial page (website) after putting it I got the call from just dial customer support exe where she understood my issue & took client on con call...after involving just dial that paid client apology & give me proper services...

That means this process of just dial is good because when their paid client get our details & rating then only they can resolve n provide us the correct services because no one wants poor ratings on their company...it effects their reputation in the market...because just dial shows negative reviews as well...please check their website then you will got to know about the same.

Just Dial, you peoples are rock...keep it up!!!

I gave negative review about a business they tried to conference me in with the business when I said No, they removed my Review, they didn't even try to verify if I was a genuine customer or not, they didn't review receipts or anything to verify my authenticity, they just removed my comments. So I completely disagree with you JD Sucks...

I agree with Kalyan. I tried to post a poor review with one star and they didn't post even after I confirmed the verification code sent on my mobile. They are not transparent and don't care about consumers. Probably they feel, that negative rating for business listings on their site would bring their own rating down. But it isn't true and there are so many other great sites where you can post true rating/reviews.

What Mr. Kalyan has stated is very factual and true. Just yesterday, I had posted a negative review on JustDial regarding a client of theirs, Indian Institute of Foreign Languages, Jabalpur.' Today, I find my review has dissappeared.You are right Mr. Kalyan. Keep spreading awareness on this issue. I support you.

Just Dial will just delete old negative comments giving vague reasons as we didnt refer and all. Very poor people. Only entertain positive comments.

I completely agree with Mr. Kalyan, I had posted a negative feedback about one of the businesses, as others faced, I also got a call from JustDial trying to convince me to get into a conference call with the business or they will remove my comment.
And look who is promoting them Shri Shri Amitabh Bachchan...!!!

And I just checked, they removed my feedback, the best would be to rate JD as -1 on JD itself, and they will keep removing it.

I agree with Mr. Kalyan. They removed my rating also after few days
