[Resolved]  Jvvnl (Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd) Jaipur Discom — Electric meter in not working

To whom it may concern

I made a written complaint about my electric meter fault (not working at all) to JEN (Electricity), Pratapnager on 27th Sep 2010. He marked the application for JEN meter section asked me to give that application to JEN meter section. I gave it to meter section and asked that approximately how many days it will take to change the meter he told me that about a month. Yesterday (21st Dec 2010) some of the officials turned up and took the meter with them. I was not at home and my wife showed the application marked by JEN but they did not inform anything. I am still unaware how many days it will take to get a new electric meter. In the meantime I am paying the meter rent for faulty meter that is not working at all. Hoping to see a positive response.

JVVNL Complaint No 1251786 night 18-7-12 at 1 But noi fault repair by company till 9.30 complaint for electric fault in home line non comrcial connection

Main jvvnl company m technical helper ki post par kam karta hun muje GSS par 24 hours ki duty karwai ja rahi h 15 days se is bare m main ne A.en sir ko bhi bataya lekin abhi tak kisi ko bhi nahi bheja plz iss bare me kuch kare
