my gas no is 528572, i am giving my aadhar to jyothi enterprises 2 times, but they people r telling i am not given my aadhar, so again i go personally and give my aadhar to Jyothi enterprises, please update my aadhar to my Gas No.528572, (Name. D. Bala Bhaskar).
i have booked the refill on 04/09/2013 and my consumer no. is 06857 we have ALREADY SUBMITTED the AADHAAR card related documents to the bank and in AGHAPURA branch .but till date i have not received the cylinder.i visited the office thrice and it got in vain.I request the authorites to look into this and deliver the refill at the earliest.

I have booked a gas cylinder on 15 november 2013.After that I went to office on 30 november for enquiry about my booking.Employee told me that it will be delivering soon in two days next day the message arises to my phone your booking is cancelled, the fish reason given was to maintain tyre pressure.
Now when I try to book it again its showing no response to me

I am extremely irritated and sad with company members because they don't know how to behave with customers.Many of times instead of saying the customer to wait they just ignore it.They take something called personal proud with them some have dislikng on few customers they pass the work of that customer to another colleggue.I am sorry either there should first be mannered or they should do their sincerity and some changes in administrative policies.

My customer is 00486.The gas consumer not deliver the cylinder to my home.he came to my home with cylinder and receipt but not deliver because no one is there in my home, but my neighbors says to him that wait 2-minutes I will call to the owners, then I say to the neighbor to take the cylinder, then he went to pay the cylinder then he saw that the delivery boy going.then he suddenly chased him and asks him why are you going and delivery boy replied I am late that's why I'am going at last he not came my home(he asking extra 25 rupees for delivery). Kindly telling you that change the delivery boy to my street and replace another boy. Thanks.
jyothi enterprises, agapura distributor no # 125472...is a worst distributor. Always gives a vulgarous replies to the customers. Its not his mistake, rather its govt's mistake not taking any action on these type of distributors inspite of number of complaints registered.

I have given many complaints on my ration dealer (F.P. shop no-324) also but no response from consumer forum. Already many customers banged this ration dealer for using bad words with females and abusing them. Many complaints are registered on this dealer, but no action till now. I don't understand why govt not cancels their licence and hand over to any good persons.
GOVT just delivers schemes, but never comes to the people and check whether they are getting the provided schemes correctly or any biasing is done. This is the major mistake of them.
Anyways v people being indians shud feel ashamed of such things going in our surroundings coz it has became an habitual to us.

1. No one receive the call on land line phone[protected]some times rarely they receive not generally)
2. The cylinder is delivery 2 to 3 days after printing the bill.
3. The delivery report entry is done 2 to 3 days after delivering the cylinder.
4. Once the land line call is connected, the response is rash.
