Hello Team, Today I would like to share something which is happening from an year now . I am currently in R T Nagar, Bangalore . Thers is a Jyoti Gas Dealer in R T Nagar, Nest to Karavali Bar, In R T Nagar . This Dealer never respects the person . He is least bothered if we take the cylinder or not . This guy is an old man, people respest old people but this guy is too much . Today I went to exchange my Cylinder . He said that there is no Stock It Will Come in Afternoon . So I Asked him, if there is any Jyoti gas Dealer in the Near By Locality . He Staright Away said that there is no Dealer in R T Nagar, Except Him, Infact I Knew that there are two other in the same Locality . So I have Decided to terminate the Connection this month . I Somehow wants this guy to be Intimated that if he goes in this way, there will be lots of customer who will be lost in no time . Thanks Chetan Kumar Was this information helpful? | |

I already faced similar problems from the same dealer in Rtnagar. Some of my friends who were having connection from same dealer are also facing bad treatment from this dealer.

Even i found this dealer as very harsh on customers.
there is a new Jyothi gas agency oppsite ING Vysya Bank on dinnur main road.
This dealer is very responsive, quick and polite too. he even does door delivery!!!

Jyoti Gas — Defect in new product - no support
We have purchased Gas STove on 07 May 2011 . We tried to use it on 15th May 2011. It was not woking properly, the utensils were getting black and lot of smoke was there ( not common in LPG gas stove), so we tried to contact shop keeper , his phone no. was not working. We went to shop and understood that this has been sold to somebody else (Shop name - Chandan Steels, main road, nehru nagar, pimpri). We got Jyoti gas srevice center no. from new shop keeper.The Jyoti gas station no. is ringing from last three days and nobody is attaining this.
This stove has cost us @3000 + lot of mental stress with not a singl minute use...just be away from Jyoti Gas Stoves ( surprizingly there booklet don't have any contact details of service centers in Pune, or any contact details with Head office , marketing office etc)
