[Resolved]  K2 INTERNATIONAL, 255-A, POCKET 'N' SARITA VIHAR, NEW DELHI-110044 — Less supply of gas.

I Umesh Kumar (CUST NO-18365) H.NO-584 DDA FLAT, BADARPUR, N.DELHI trying to book gas lats 5 days all the nos are coming engagged. I thing some body keep the receiver engaged in office time. Please resolved the issue, this is matter of concern

Indane Gas — Cylinder not received consumer number-10395T

I have booked my silende on 21/2/2011 vide consumen no.10395T,Indane gas(Trimurti Gas agency)

but till date I have not receive my silender.

how to get a new connection

My consumer No- 33003
I am sorry to inform you that you are issued a cash memo no- 25457 dt.22/12/12 a Rs 895.50. I could not understand that how and from where you calculate & issued the same, kindly clarify the same and also requested that deliver the cylinder against my said booking after rectified the same at earliest.
In this regard i have already send e-mail to Mr Sachinji but unfortunately they have not yet taken any action.

I submit all the document, then agency given receipt no-1004 on dated 08.12.2012 of rupees 250 for verification but till date no any verification and i visit the many time gas agency regarding collect the new gas connection, but till date distributor not issue the gas connection, , so please check this complain and resolve this problem

I Lalit Narayan Jha H. No : 534 DDA Flats, Ist Floor, Pul Prahaladpur, New Delhi - 110044 trying to contact last five days for my problem. But all the phone are coming engagged. I thing some body keep the receiver engaged in office time.

My Consumer No is 42488. I have booked the refill on[protected]. After three days I got the message that you gas cylender has been deliver. But still this is pending.

Regarding this I have called two times to your call center and taked to Mr. Madan Mohan & Ms.Kiran. They do not provide the complaint no altough she said me that they are providing the complaint no.

My Refilling Booking No. [protected], Cash Memo No. [protected] which are received by me through SMS

Please resolved the issue at erliest.

Let you know that this gas agency is is big thief at Delhi . It does all illegal act all the times. It has complaint of taking monies additional without rule. It gives less gas and it location is as such that from its godown there is back side gas leaking site in the nearby jhoparpatti. I have cleary seen it. I cannot complaint to police, because sarita vihar police is getting money from this gas agency. What is the solution . Let go its office and if any fault find. please beat its people. police will coem and action will be taken agaisnt it.

Pathetic distributor. Must be closed.

The distributor turns down all online requests and anybody approaching them with a copy of the form filled online is turned down and is asked to fill a fresh copy of form manually with them.

They delay the processes of new connection, connection booking etc and when contacted for reason, ask the customer for some bribe to release what is the basic right of the customer

They use abusive language with customers and severely embarrass them for no reasons and delay the processes.

They manipulate the gas quantity in cylinders as well and several customers have reported the same.

The staff is very rude and orthodox to accept any technology. They would ask customers to submit unnecessary affidavits and police verification etc so as to complicate the process and have an opportunity to ask for bribe.

Bad experience and service are also bad. They do bad behavior with there costumers and take min 7000 rs for new connection and never give us slip of those amount and give you many excuse about 7000 rs and also take many types of tax. If they give as all the items In printed rate then why we pay tax on those items.
