[Resolved]  K2 International Gas Agency — They dont want to give refill

This Agency has the following phones:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]

Whenever we book a Cylinder they say that the current is not available so we cannot give you a Complaint number and they say you shall get it in two days, and when we call back they say we dont know we are so sorry - This is pattern I

Pattern II - All phones will be busy and one number will ring, and they shall never pick up the ringing number come what may

Pattern III - We will be advised by higher authority in the company to come and get the delivery ourselve becasue the delivery people may steal gas. This is done if the company people think there is no delivery person available

If this is the case, cant we have another gas agency who will deliver GAS on time and will not try to cheat us all the time

Can anybody take action - or is it not possible to take action on them because they are too powerful that nobody can raise their voice - whatever it is i do believe that i should complain as i have been affected. I shall and would like to find the real truth behind all this
