Gas cylider weighs 6klg less and service is very bad

Dear Sir,
I had recently transferred my gas connection from Cactus Lily Krishi vihar to K2 international Sarita vihar 2 months back. My Consumer number is 11409295. It is very difficult to book the cylinder at K2 International. I booked the cylinder on 7th September 2014 and it was cancelled after four days. Then again I booked the cylinder on 23 September 2014 and cylinder was delivered on 29 September after repeated request. When...

Delivery is not on time

Dear Sir/Madam,

K-2 International Gas Agency does not peak up any phone calls which calling by consumer, they also not delivering the gas cylinder on time. I live 5-6 km far from this gas agency. I have to come there again & again just because of they don’t peak up phones.

They also delivered the short filled gases to consumers. I find only approximately 8-9 kg gas in there cylinder.

They dont want to give refill

Whenever we book a Cylinder they say that the current is not available so we cannot give you a Complaint number and they say you shall get it in two days, and when we call back they say we dont know we are so sorry - This is pattern I
