[Resolved]  Kasna Indane Gas Service — delay in delivery of lpg cylinder

DEAR SIR,
I AM A CUSTOMER OF INDANE GAS SERVICE.MY CUSTOMER NO IS K02407 REGISTERED WITH INDANE GAS SERVICE KASNA GREATER NOIDA.
I HAVE BOOKED REFILL OF MY CYLINMDER ON 2JAN 2010 WHICH IS NOT DELIVERED TILL DATE.I HAVE ENQUIRED FROM THE AGENCY BOOKING COUNTER ON 12 JANUARY,I WAS INFORMED THAT THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE ON 11JANUARY WHICH INDICATE BLACK MARKETING OF GAS CYLINDER.ON MY REQUEST I WAS ASSURED THAT THE DELIVERY WILL BE MADE ON 13JANUARY BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY THE AGENCY ON 13JANUARY.I HAVE BOTH THE CYLINDERS ARE EMPTY AT MY HOUSE.DUE TO WHICH I AM NOT RUNNING MY KITCHEN & ARRANGING MY FOODS FROM OUTSIDE.
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY INSTRUCT THE OWNER OF INDANE GAS SERVICE KASNA TO ARRANGE FOR REFILL OF BOTH THE CYLINDER ON 14JANUARY 2010 & TO ENSURE PROPER ACTION AGAINST THE DELIVERY PERSON FOR SUCH BLACK MARKETING.
I HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE DIFFICULTY OF A PERSON WHEN HE CANNOT COOK THE FOOD AT HIS HOME
YOUR COOPERATION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE — NON DELIVERY OF LPG

I am having connection No. K-18149 from Kasna Indian Gas Service, Shop No. 16H, Alpha-II, Greater Noida. I had booked one cylinder on 14.07.08. I was promised that the LPG would be delivered within 4 days as usual. But till date the cylinder has not been delivered. On asking about the same on 21.07.08 I was told by the person who attended the phone that the LPG was brough to my house on 18.07.08 and the person retured seeing my house locked which is absolutely wrong. However I was told the delivery would be made in 4-5 days. I would remind the competent authority that this is their usual reply to any customer who approches the agency for non-delivery of LPG. I contacted the Agency again on 29.07.08 and 05.08.08; on both these time I was told that the LPG would be delivered within 3-4 days. Now the agency is saying that I had booked the cylinder on 29.07.08 only and it would take another 2-3 days for the delivery. Kindly arrange for some expert enquiry in to the matter of similar nature so that the agency people's intention behind embarrassing the consumers could be found out. Why can't you provide the consumer with some computer generated number at the time of booking the cylinder to avoid this type of fraudulant activities of the persons sitting at the agency.

Please do the needful to resolve my problem.

Indane Gas — Delay in providing refill cylinders.

Sir,
I would like to inform you regarding the delay of supply of refill Gas cylinder by Indane Gas company.
They only send us the cylinder only after we request them for the second time. This is happening every month.
I don't no whether my complain will go unheard, but with lots of hope i request you to look into the matters.

KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE — Delay in providing refill cylinders.

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar(U.P.). My consumer number is 13447. Till date, the same is not delivered to me, Because I live on first Floor.Delivery man said that I would not give the cylinder on first floor.and He had used filthy language against me. When I went to the agency to complaint about it, the staff had not given satisfied answer about it.. I request you to please look into the issue.

My self satya pal singh is existing customer (Consumer No- K18442) of "KASNA INDANE GAS SERVIE". Since last 2 months i am trying to get DBC, but no body is ready to answer and every time give me next week time. So pls take a resionable action.

I am also a consumer of the same Gas Agency and I want to use this platform to defend the people who work at this gas agency, or for that matter any other gas agency. As far as Kasna Indane is concerned whenever I had a question or a problem, I had easy access to the owner of the agency. How? She has actually always given out her contact number to people for years and years. She is understanding and polite and if you give her a chance to actually tell you her side of the story, you would not see the point in filing complaints on websites.

If you watch the news or read the newspaper, you will know that gas shortage is a problem and it happens rather often. You will also know that blackmarketing is a racket run mostly by people outside of the Gas Agencies. Today instead of just looking for ways to make our lives comfortable, we have learnt this new habit of making life miserable for others by complaining. If there is a shortage or backlog or cylinders, what will the supplier do? Create cylinders by magic? Why dont we just accept the reality of living in a heavily populated country and have a backup option ready.

Let us, in this new year, become a bit more understanding and a lot more practical.

I couldn’t be getting a refilled LPG cylinder from M/S Sarada Gas Agency this time after attempted in line on 21-03-10 & 24-03-10. My booking date is 07-02-10. I don’t know for what abnormalities are going on this time for shortage in supply of refill LPG cylinder in M/S Sarada Gas Agency.
Please do the needful action and solve this problem at the earliest.

Kasna Indane Gas Service — delay of supply gas

myself Mr. Brahmananda Parida, C-247, P-3, Gr. Noida, UP complain gainst kasna indane gas service. My Cust No. 25469. Myself book gas on 26th August 2010 but till i have not receive the same. till 1st september myself complain the agency 5 times. All times they told me that it will reached today. today(1st Sept) they sow me the delivey slip with fake sign that they delivery in our room.

please take a look & solve our problem.

Respected sir,
Iam using indane gas from your agency for many years...today i received cylinder...the person who came to deliver the cylinder is NATARAJAN...every time whoever comes to deliver the cylinder i will give five rupees more than the bill rate...but today this(NATARAJAN) asked 15 rupees more than the bill date...he shouted like anything..he said your agency is not giving sufficient salary...so that only he is collecting from the customers..he(NATARAJAN ) shouted for that in front of my house......this is the way you treat your customers??? if these activities continues again i have to take legal action..i have also forwarded this complaint to indane gas company.. i hope you will take necessary action to solve this...please send acknowledgment for this mail.

I am not understand what is happening there, weather all cylinder only for black marketing not for the genuine customer. i hve tried for last 10 days on phone but phone is not picking by anybody or engaged.
