[Resolved] Kaysons Education IIT JEE Online Coaching — Material not delivered, account not activated | |
I purchased Kaysons Education DVD pack and received 50% material on 17/12/2009 Details of the order placed are as follows: Order No : KSY[protected] Order Date : 12/14/2009 Note: Your Account will be activated within 2 hours from receipt of payment But all the material is mostly of 11th standard and I had been requesting for the remaining material but on calling Mob: +91-[protected] Contact Person: Manas Kapoor gives an abrupt reply and says due to technical problem, our servers are undergoing upgradation so your account cant be upgraded to pro. Also on asking about sending the remaining part of the course, he blames that I should have ordered the course earlier. Instead of an apology, he speaks against me. My Rs 13,125 have been struck with such a institute of coaching who have a poor unsatisfactory customer support. Also I see no mentions of their institute which questions its truthfullness. NOT AT ALL GOOD IN DELIVERING THE PRODUCTS i have not received some of the items .I HAVE PURCHASED 2 MONTHS AGO.no reply to phone calls NOT RESPONDING AT ALL .i hope they would respond .

ok you have received material are they giving u online support
they gave me three BOOKS ~ 6-7 DVDs less than the actual material I must have got
And they had started providing online support after april something when all exams were done. I GOT NO ONLINE SUPPOitsRT as they did not upgrade my account but kept it in DEMO. Now in late June I'm Able to access my pro account but its of no USE now.

Kaysons Education is a fraud. I ordered their DVDs by paying a sum of Rs.7700 two years ago and has still not received all the DVDs. I enquired them a lot of time when I did not receive the DVDs, and their answer was not satisfactory. They sent me only 3 DVDs which was in the worst possible condition. I say that we must file a case against Kaysons Education and have it closed down. Those must go to jail. I intend to go with Kaysons DVDs for my son to appear for the AIEEE in 2012. Please advice if I should proceed with them...
I ORDERED FOR KAYSONS EDUCATION AND I RECEVIED ONLY 11BOOKS AND 14DVDS OUT OF 19BOOKS AND 27DVDS I COMPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE.I AM CONFIDENT THAT THEY WILL RESPOND SOON.THE REASON FOR MY CONFIDENCE IS AS SOON AS I COMPLAINED ABOUT MY ONLINE ACTIVATION THE CUSTOMER CARE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND ACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT.

Kaysons Education DVDs are not suitable for even CBSE level, JEE level is far apart from this course. Don't go for this misguiding study material. - Praful
I Bought this Package a year n a half ago in mid 2012 when I was in my 12th…..these DVDs have helped me a lot to get through my JEE mains and advanced in very less time as compared to reading big books n stuff..
They are the best video Lectures
Right now I’m in IIT Kanpur…..and let me tell u that these DVDs helped me “alot !!”

i have purchased kaysons education package.in place of 29 dvd, i got only 25 in which only 5 are in working condition.i called them many times but they always say that your windows are not up to date.i am having windows xp.on the time of selling they said that dvds will run in windows xp but after selling no one is there to listen my problem.they cut my call.now i realize that i have wasted my time and money in kaysons education.
Very bad experience with kaysons education. Plz don't buy. They charge less mostly because they don't deliver all the things they promise to. I have not received any online support after making full payment. Better go for toppr or plancess instead. Think twice don't waste your money
