kedar — Complaint Regarding Competent Motor Executive

Dear Sir,

I contacted on.3-9-2010 at True value - Competent Motor, F -14 < Connaught Place, New Delhi for sell my car Accent(DL 6C G[protected] model and after talking with Mr. Zuber, Mr. Sandeep came to quote the prices and then he took the car after quoting Rs.85000/- for my car. I am having True Value Delivery Report and Booking Order Form.

On the same day, I booked Swift LXI to Sandeep and gave me a Cheque No.134272 of .INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK Date 3-9-2010. of Rs.5000/- which has duly encashed.

But after 2 days I changed my plan from Swift to Dzire and has informed Sandeep regarding this.

Now, before 10 days I got a call from Sandeep that he has sold my car in just Rs.67000/- and even for this he has not consulted me to sold my car in this amount. Now when both Mr. Zuber and Mr. Sandeep are not picking my phone and I have not got the amount.

They have sold my car without my consent.

I request you to please look into the matter as early as possible otherwise I need to take help of Consumer Court and arrange to return my car as I dont wish to sell my car in this amount - as market price is much above.
